This thoughtfully designed home offers ample space for families and groups, featuring a dedicated game room that provides entertainment for all ages. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach vacation or an active coastal adventure, this property delivers the ideal setting for both. Enjoy the convenience of being just a few minutes from the beach, where the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf await. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or exploring nearby nature trails and scenic bike paths.





The Space:

• Living Room: Sectional sofa, two cozy accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an ice maker, a blender, and everything needed to prepare all your favorite meals

• Dining Area: Table with seating for six

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and flat-screen TV

• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed and flat-screen TV

• Third Bedroom: Twin over Twin bunk beds

• Fourth Bedroom: Two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds

• Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet

• Guest Half Bathroom: Vanity and toilet

• Game Room: Separate from the house with a sofa, TV, and a mini fridge





Your stay will be enhanced by:

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then, you can meet up that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Mini Golf at the PCB Wheel, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise



*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal.

• A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

• Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

• Noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

• Guests are not permitted to have pets at the property.

Peaceful paradise

Good location. Nice house set up. 3 bedroooms set apart. Everyone felt like they had their own place. Walking distance to the beach but we took cars, parking was easy. The ocean was wonderful.
