This property seems new/newly remodeled, immaculately clean & incredibly organized, providing more than typical. I was attracted by the pet-friendliness, the fenced yard, & the golf cart. We loved the pet yard area, but were wowed by the front yard with the putt-putt, yard games, & fire pit area with charming lighting. So relaxing & fun! There is extra entertainment in the garage which helped with my energetic boy; Pac Man & a basketball game. My husband’s favorite part was the layout: master on one end, other bedrooms opposite. There is a TV in each bedroom which the kids enjoyed before bed. The showers even had great water pressure. It is SO well-equipped for a day at the beach. The large beach umbrella was GREAT and chairs were in good condition. All you need is your refreshments and ice! I loved the very cutely organized coffee cabinet and Keurig. There are filters and even K-cups, little creamers too. There was plenty of TP (quality!) and PT. Every sink had a soap pump & Showers had shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There’s a little pet station with treats, bowls, leash, baggies, etc. There are couch covers if your dogs are used to being on the couch, & we also used them at night on the floor to keep ours close to us. They provide laundry soap & softener. If we travel to PCB with the dogs again we will definitely stay at ST. The quiet location close to the beach, with a great little cafe on the way makes for a lovely beach vacation!
