This amazing 2nd floor wrap around floor plan has so many windows with the most gorgeous closeup views of the majestic Gulf. You are RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms! There are two king beds, one queen bed, a set of bunk beds for the kids and a queen sleeper sofa. Shores of Panama, located right on the sand with 300 ft of private beach, is a modern 22 story resort with all the amenities you expect from a world class resort. The grand lobby is beautifully appointed with a snack shop and plenty of seating for just hanging out. You'll love the beautiful aquarium in the lobby, too. The indoor pool & hot tub are just around the corner. This is one of the few Panama City Beach resorts with an indoor pool & hot tub! Just outside is the 20,000 sq ft beach front pool complex with its giant hot tub and tiki bar and grill for snacks and drinks on the pool deck. The pool is the largest on the beach with a zero entry area, dolphin fountains, lazy river feature and dramatic bridges. Enjoy a great workout in the state of the art fitness center. Outdoor charcoal grills and picnic area is adjacent to the parking lot. Bicycle rentals are available on property. You'll love all the fabulous amenities.

The second floor location of Down by the Sea is so convenient to the beach and all the Resort's amenities with no waiting for an elevator. Even better, your reserved parking space is on the 2nd floor just a short walk to your condo. Having a parking space on the same floor as your condo is a really big benefit and the second floor is even better! In addition you will receive a parking pass for an additional vehicle to be parked in the parking deck.

Complimentary high speed Wi-fi and DirecTV are provided throughout the condo for your enjoyment and entertainment. The great room and each bedroom has its own TV so everyone can watch what they want. Check out all the premium channels!

The elegant Great Room is a huge open plan living area with the living, dining and kitchen areas together so you'll never feel closed in! It's a tropical paradise! Two sliding doors lead to the fabulous wrap around balcony where you'll enjoy incredible beach vistas! The balcony is great for morning coffee, watching the world go by all day and evening sunset celebrations! Kick back and relax on the elegant micro-suede queen sleeper sofa or one of the two tropical print easy chairs. There are additional chairs for more seating, too. The upgraded sleeper sofa has the latest gel memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

The high end tropically inspired dining area is a spectacular place for dining and gathering everyone together for game night. With 6 dining chairs and 4 swivel topped barstools, there is plenty of seating. You'll love the understated beauty of the dining area. The glass topped table is easy to clean up with no worries about the fancy wood.

Your large modern kitchen has an amazing view with the two glass sliding doors and the dining room window, too. The high end cabinetry and granite counter tops give you plenty of storage and food prep space. Whether you're popping a bag of popcorn or cooking a full course gourmet meal, you'll find the equipment you need in this kitchen. Your rental includes plenty of pots, pans, utensils, tropical dishes, glassware, flatware, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, a toaster and all the major appliances. The little ones will really like their colorful unbreakable dinnerware, too. The pantry beside the refrigerator is great for storing your groceries!

The stack washer and dryer are located adjacent to the kitchen in the hallway. It's really convenient to have laundry in your vacation rental to keep up with all the wet bathing suits and beach towels!

The Captain's Quarters Main Suite is gulf front with an elegant nautical theme. There's even an authentic ship model and portholes right above the bed. The tropically accented king sized bed has luxury linens, fluffy pillows and a memory foam topper for extra comfort. There's nothing quite like sleeping to the sounds of the ocean just outside. Just look out the window and the beach is right there! Enjoy watching your favorite programs on the large flat screen TV in this luxury suite. Your en suite main bath has an extra deep tub/shower combo with a shower massage and a vanity area high end cabinetry and granite counter tops. There's even a hair dryer. Your rental includes plenty of soft terry towels for the bathrooms, too. There are also large his and hers closets with plenty of storage.

The First Mate's Quarters has a luxurious “iron” king sized bed with luxury linens and for maximum comfort. The island inspired décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The wall mounted flat screen TV is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy. The beautifully updated bathroom has everything you need. An exterior window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a large closet for storage.

The First Mate's bathroom is decorated with shells and palm trees and has a tub/shower combo with a shower massage and a single vanity with a granite counter top and a hair dryer. It has a private entrance from the bedroom and an additional hall entrance so it can be used as the bathroom for guests sleeping on the queen sleeper in the great room, too.

The Crew's Quarters Suite is a great place for a young family with children or for a group of older kids. It has a comfy queen sized bed and a set of bunk beds for the kids. The elegant coastal oak décor really makes a statement. As with the other bedrooms, there are luxury linens and a comfy mattress on the queen bed. There is also a large closet for storing the luggage and hanging up your clothes. The large wall mounted flat screen TV complete the picture! This suite has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and a beautiful modern vanity with plenty of light for getting ready to go out!
