Property was ok and clean

Misleading from pictures that the community pool is directly behind the house. Pool was for another property. One of the reasons we booked with an infant.

Great place for a family vacation!

We could not have enjoyed our time here more! The house was perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. There was a shuttle to the beach and pool but didn't seem to need it. We walked everywhere. Wish we knew that there were beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc at the house. I know that they are not "provided" but I think guests buy them and just leave them like we did. Look forward to coming back someday!

Fantastic Trip

We loved this location, comfortably slept 10 and was clean and so easy to check in and access. Super easy walk to the beach access but the tram is great to have as well. The shops are right outside of the house and are a minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Wonderful stay!

The house was true to the description and in a great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool is nice and big, but it does get rather crowded. The beaches along 30A are good for lounging in the sun, the umbrella chairs crowd the beach, so know there is very little room if you have teenagers that like to play beach games. The waters along 30A are hard to beat and this is a nice spot.

Great space for our beach getaway!

We had a great time at 108 Flip Flop. It was the perfect house for us and met all of our expectations. We enjoyed the plentiful bedrooms, the beautiful main living room and the awesome back porch off of the living room. Everything was clean and well done. The communication with the property manager was great from top to bottom. Quick responses and clear communication. Seacrest beach was beautiful although a bit crowded. We loved the location of our house which was a one minute walk into the little town square and an easy walk into Rosemary Beach. The Tram service to the beach was perfect. Thanks for having us!

Great Stay, great location!

We stay in Rosemary or Seacrest often. this home is conveniently located next to everything. Close to the shops, short walk to Rosemary. Easy access by tram to the beach. Our stay was filled with rain and storms so we spent a lot of time inside. The home was beautiful clean and just as described. Thanks for hosting!

Excellent Location! Great Service!

Although this house is located across 30A from the beach side, it's very convenient to the beach. The cart shuttle runs regularly and the drivers are helpful. The pool for this location is a resort style pool and fun for all. You can take the shuttle, but a very short walk. If you are a family that likes to grill outside, you may need to make arrangements for a small grill to bring with you. We may not have picked up on the fact that the property does not have one at the house. We had to bring things to the pool area, where we could only find one very small grill. I mentioned this to the Property Manager as a suggested upgrade. The Property Manager was always accessible and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. Great communications all around! I would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful home again.

We enjoyed our stay.

We’ve been coming to this area for close to 10 years and we love everything about it (Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys). This was our first time at this property and it was nice. My only complaint is the tub in the master bathroom was missing the jacuzzi buttons and it was inoperable, and the master shower was incredibly small. Maybe 3’ x 3’? Neither of these are dealbreakers for me and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

I can’t even begin to explain how perfect of a location this house is ! We had 9 family members for the holidays and it was the prefect fit for all of us . The weather was a little cold but that didn’t stop us from being out and exploring . A lot of the restaurant were closed due to the holidays so we were just cooking at the house and enjoying each other company. We Will definitely be renting again . The area was just perfect

Home away from home

Property was conveniently located near restaurants, beaches and pool, allowing for easy access to each. We spent most of our beach days at local public beaches which did not disappoint. The house was well-sized to accommodate our guests (5 adults & 2 kids), with enough room to allow everyone to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this for large families.

Pleasant Stay in Seacrest Beach

The house was great for a family of 11. The proximity to the Seacrest town square was great as well as the tram stop. The beach was over crowded, which we were prepared for from other reviews. We did utilize the public beach access at Inlet Beach which was great. The pool was very large and plenty of room for all of the community guests, but it could be tricky to find chairs if you didn’t go in the morning or the evening. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay!

The process was easy. The host answered questions quickly. Only issue was waiting for wristbands to enter pools and beach access. A better process would enable enjoying these areas on the first day.

Great house - short walk/ride to beach.

Great property with plenty of room to spread out. The 2nd floor bedroom is pretty small, just enough room for a bunkbed, but works perfectly for kids. The view is of parking lots and pools, but that didn't stop us from using the large deck. Great location to access the shops/restaurants at Seacrest Beach. Overall, good value.

Lovely Home and Location to music

Loved the house and the communication from property owners and property manager. Pool for the community was awesome. Beach was too crowded for us. Stinks that half of the beach is reserved for vendors and small sliver for rest of community. We ended up going to Helen State Park (long walk but beautiful) and Inlet Public beach. The only 2 problems I had were the beach and the mechanical duck sounds coming from the other community pool behind the house. That ruined sitting on the back porch and listening to the live music or heard it while trying to sleep. Both of these are out of the property owners hands so it is not fair to lower stars or give a bad review. Overal had a great time!

Nice house - location was a miss

We stayed here the last week of March - prime spring break time. The house itself was great and exactly as presented. The issue was the location combined with the timing. Every night big crowds gathered out back - mainly loud kids and underage drinking. Security and the police came every night trying to break it up but it was a tough for them to keep up. I spoke with the property manager about what we could do (ie move places) but we couldn’t reach any kind of solution. He was very nice but in the end they don’t see it as an issue with the property (which I understand the argument). Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Spring Break 2022

The location of the home was fantastic for our teenagers to hangout with friends. Pool and beach were great. Proximity to Rosemary Beach made shopping and going out so easy.
