STUNNING VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY!!! BCH SRVC INCL!!!

Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with bunk room and Gulf front master bedroom at Sunrise Beach! This is an ideal location on the 8th floor - low enough to hear the waves but high enough from the pool to have privacy. Beautiful tile floors extend throughout the main living areas with an open floor plan and large glass sliding doors allow the unit to feel very spacious. Enjoy the beautiful emerald water view from the private balcony in the living area and master bedroom and take in stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, shimmering white sand beaches, and expansive pool area. Capture stunning sunset views to the west and enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a cool breeze from the balcony. The open kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area make entertaining easy! Take in the Gulf views from nearly everywhere in the unit. The kitchen also offers granite countertops, ample cabinets and a pantry. The master bedroom is ideally Gulf front with direct balcony access, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom offers a double vanity, tile floors, garden tub to relax in and separate walk-in shower. There is an additional bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and a single on top and second bath off hallway. Washer & dryer in the unit for convenience. Beach service included during season.
Sunrise Beach has luxurious amenities including: 2 elevated Gulf front pools, one heated seasonally, 2 spas, large sun deck, splash park, Gulf front exercise room, theatre, plenty of underground parking, Gulf front gas grills, 330 ft. of beautiful white sandy beachfront. This unit includes onsite seasonal beach service for your beach chairs & umbrellas and an onsite rental company that has a variety of watersports including jet skis, catamarans, paddle boards, banana boat rides and parasailing! It is located just east of Pier Park (apx. 1 mile) and only a short drive to Frank Brown Recreation Center and Gulf World marine park.

Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

Amazing 4th of July Stay

My family went down for a 3 night stay during the 4th of July weekend and we had great time! The property was clean and well kept. The elevators were fast. No long wait times. The pool was very nice and clean. We loved our room. It was very comfy and cute! No complaints. Would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at this stunning condo on the beach, and it truly exceeded expectations! The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the shoreline and within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with gorgeous views and all the comforts of home. Having not one but two pools was a huge bonus, and the fast elevators made getting around the building effortless, even during busy hours. The only downside was the parking garage — it's a bit tight, and there's a $50 charge, bummer. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else this place offers. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and upscale beach getaway.

Very relaxing

We had a very relaxing stay. Most reviews put much emphasis on cleanliness. The place was clean but since so many reviews noted that, it was on our radar. It was fed clean. The only exception was the ceiling fan blades were very dirty and sagging. The ice maker didn’t work so we had to purchase ice the entire stay. That said - we’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.

This rental was great. Right on the beach. Check in and out super easy. Only thing that would have been better was if the service fees were not so expensive. The cost of rental is very reasonable until fees are added on.

Super clean and great location

I am ridiculously picky and cleanliness is my main issue. This condo was immaculate. Exactly as pictured, clean, comfy and great view off the balcony. Location is close to Pier Park and Thomas drive, so everything is a walk or very short drive away. Never had to wait for an elevator and parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay at this Sunrise unit was perfect! From check-in, doorcode, cleanliness, necessities, layout of the unit itself, communication, and overall stay!! Aaaand the pool area is GREAT!! Two large pools with plenty of room and plenty of patio chairs/tables that you have room to spread out and you don't feel cramped! And plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance! Highly recommended this unit at Sunrise! Thank you Best Beach Getaways!! :))

Very clean and beautiful beaches

We loved view of the breach from the balcony. Listening to the waves at night and in the morning from our balcony was one of our favorite things to do. The beach and the pool was very easy to access. Very clean condo, pools, and hot tub. One of the pools were heated. It was perfect for our getaway. We came down to watch our son play baseball for his high school team. Stayed for about 4 days. Will definitely use this place again if we are ever over this way!

Property Issues and Room Cleanliness

The main disappointment was the buildings elevators no fault on the owner of this unit but at one point 2/4 elevators stopped working and we waited multiple times for 30 mins to go to where we needed. The chairs on balcony were very rusted and could cause cuts if you’re not careful. Items left in rooms such as coke can in a bedroom and other garbage behind furniture. Microwave handle broken on the bottom so make sure you pull carefully from the top part of handle. Oven opens partially until it hits the fridge so it was interesting cooking pizza. Beach location was the best right near a lot of restaurants and Pier Park and other stores. Beach was clean in this area and no issues with getting chairs or finding water activities to do. Make sure to also bring your orange wristbands to the pool otherwise security will swoop down on you like a vulture to a dead animal.

Great Condo

This condo is just as pictured. We would definitely stay again!!! Overall rating is definitely a 5. But a few things to be aware of. Your code to enter room is not good until 4 pm. We cleaned the patio floor best we could. Drinks had been spilled and no clean up from previous visitors. The patio chairs can be used, but do have some rust. This you get from salt in air. Again , more than pleased with the unit and the pool area is amazing as well! Also, we were provided beach chairs and umbrella at no charge! Highly recommend this unit!😊

So very relaxing

This property was just what was needed after a year of being locked down. Great beach location, close to some very good places to eat, and you didn't here the noise from the street. It was extremely clean and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place to Stay, Close to Everything

We brought our teenage daughter here and her friend for a Senior Trip. The Room was clean and the beds were Comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room. The Fans were great! Washer and Dryer worked well. My only complaint would be minor which is they only left us one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom but the liquor store across the street has single rolls for sale. We probably could have gotten more from the office had we asked but I didn't think of that at that time. Otherwise it was great! The location is close to everything. The shopping Center and the pier and many restraunts. Very cute decor and everything worked goos. The beach was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!
