In addition, you will have access to all the resort amenities of The Inn at St. Thomas Square - including swimming pools and tennis courts with the beach located across the street. The living area is spacious and updated, and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to create everyday meals. You may even decide to cook out in the shared grilling area.

Additional amenities include WiFi access and an in-home washer/dryer. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool, though you could also head out to your private balcony and enjoy the fresh breeze. Around the complex, you'll enjoy all sorts of fun activities, whether you prefer to play tennis on the courts, take a dip in the pool, or let off some steam in the sauna.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
