Amazing view, very comfortable , my mother needed a step stool to get into bed. My only complaint is the floors were very dirty from day one. You could not walk in your socks without them getting black. We have stayed here before and this was the first time we have experienced the dirty floors

Great Stay with Gorgeous Views and Easy Access!

We had a great week's stay at Treasure Island! The condo was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Check-in was a breeze, and the management company communicated clearly throughout the process. The space was well-maintained, though a few minor details could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Birthday trip

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental property is. We have stayed at Treasure Island four times, and we absolutely love the complex and the general area much better than buildings further west. This was our first experience with a corner unit and hopefully not our last. The panoramic view was amazing, truly beyond words. The condo, itself, was spotless and all of the appliances, utilities, and extras were updated and in perfect working condition. This condo left us wanting or needing anything more.

Awesome!

The listing for this property seemed too good to be true at this price point. But it was even better than the pictures! We had a fabulous Christmas in this spectacular condo. Two tiny recommendations....I must have missed that only starting supplies would be provided. Doordash for that! The comforters on the beds were worn but we got more bedding when people were available on Monday. We checked in late Saturday.

Cleanliness needs addressed

First what we loved, the size, the rap around view and the mattresses. Now what we did not like....when we got there we cleaned up previous dog pee and puke, the area rug was disgusting, the showers were so slick they were a fall hazzard, dirty sheets on one of the beds, the coffee pot leaked, the washer didnt work properly. I emailed the property manager and shared all except for the washer as we didnt know this until the day before we left. I have several emails as proof. I was shocked that no one came to address the issues. I asked for a vacuum to clean the run myself and i was delivered a new vacuum in the box that I had to put together. I vacuumed the rug and got a ca ister full of dirt and hair. Once I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the unit, we had a good time. The unit has so much to offer, but it was disgustingly dirty. We will stay at this reaort again, but will try a different unit. before we left. before we left. aleverywhere

At first glance the condo was perfect, but upon closer inspection there was food under the chairs and the mattress on the pull out couch was covered in black mildew. I called the rental company and they delivered a new air mattress the same day. They also sent the cleaning company back the next morning to clean again. After these issues were resolved we enjoyed our stay a lot. I also asked for a broom and mop set that they delivered with the air mattress. All issues I had were promptly addressed but it’s a little irritating to deal with these issues at all when you’re on vacation.

Been staying at Treasure Island for many years. To us the Lower Grand Lagoon area can’t be beat. This unit did not disappoint and will consider it for future annual trips.

Ruined my trip

I has this condo booked since February we were supposed to arrive April 17th. They call me 15 hours before my flight to tell me my condo isn’t available. I was so upset and angry because our other family had booked at the same place so we could vacation together well we had to go to a whole other condo because ours wasn’t available. Ruined our whole family trip

Beautiful view

The view from the 19th floor is amazing. When we arrived there was tornado damage we had not been told about. One window was shattered and the balcony was blocked off with signs saying we could not use it. This was all due to the tornado that went through in January. Completely understandable but we were never told that we would not have use of the balcony and even the view would be blocked because of the shattered window. We expressed our disappointment with the property management company and they did give us use of the beach chair service for the duration of our stay. The blender in our room did not work but a new one was sent up. We had a nice trip and issues were attended to but would have been nice if they were addressed before we arrived and not after we complained. The unit itself is very nice with a fantastic view.

Filthy!

The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

This is our second vacation here and we love the location

We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach location. The one downside was all our windows were covered with plastic for painting. Not cool

Gorgeous view; unit is lacking upkeep.

The view from the unit is gorgeous. The unit itself, however is lacking in many areas. Kitchen is not stocked with utensils as stated in listing. Most of the pots don’t have lids. The dishes and pans were dirty. We stayed in same unit in 2020 and the lack of upkeep is very visible. Chair at high barstool area is missing arm. Kitchen table chairs are all very worn and feel as though you may fall through the middle. All of the decor was full of dust.The guest bathroom door drags the ground. One of the guest bedroom doors is almost off the hinges. The remotes for the lights/fan in bedrooms are missing, So you aren’t able to keep fan on with light off.The tv for remotes in bedrooms are also missing. The unit was not clean and looks like bare minimum is done when cleaning takes place. The carpet in living room was full of crumbs. Under couches were gross( only know this after looking for remotes). Guest Bathroom vent fan in ceiling is completely full of dust. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned prior to arrival. The unit is not stocked with any extra blankets for the fold out couch beds. Beds were all sandy.

Great Location, Could Be Cleaner

Location was great! One of our favorites. However i gave it a lower score because of the lack of clealiness of the condo. It was SO DUSTY. I don't know who is being paid to clean this unit but their work definitely needs to be checked up on. The rug in the living room and under the couches was just gross, crumbs, dirt, dust, etc. Don't get me started on under the beds. The amount of dust on the bathroom vent fans, and the fans stored in the closets was just uncalled for. Door to the guest bedroom was off the hinges. Couldn't find the remote to the ceiling fan in that same guest room so you couldn't leave the ceiling fan on and light off. The other guest room had no remote for the tv. The chair at the bar height table has an arm broken off of it. The stains on the comforters, sheets, pillows was also gross. Just replace them if they are stained! I understand that most of these issues are minor, however, when you pay what it cost to stay here a week, i really expected better. And it should be better for that price. These are all easy fixes the owner/rental manager should do better on.

Condo was nice but not clean, saw a cockroach in the kitchen, spiderwebs beside the bedside table in master bedroom with bugs/spiders in, and needs general maintenance. The hall bath door almost off hinges. The master bath shower was nice but had no safety handles anywhere. We ask in the office for a shower chair (as we had an amputee in our party) but couldn't get one, had to buy one! I don't know if they couldn't or wouldn't provide one. They provided very cheap armbands and expect you to keep them for your entire stay or you weren't allowed access to pool and beach areas! Upgrade your armbands! Mostly a nice stay.

Disappointed

The condo would be nice if it were cleaner. Under the beds were filthy. Supposedly it had clean sheets but in one of the beds we found a vape pen. If the sheets had been clean then I don’t think we would have found that. 2 of the 3 mattresses were very uncomfortable. Base boards were very nasty and I had to clean the bathtub because it obviously had not been cleaned.the kitchen is not stocked well. The condo grounds were nice and the pool area was very nice. We enjoyed the area because it wasn’t as crowded. We just wished the condo had been cleaner and we would have given it a better rating.

The view is amazing and this unit is overall very nice!

Process for renting and check in was smooth. Costs $20 to park two vehicles. Elevators smell nice. We were impressed with how spacious this unit was. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The dining room and bar chairs were not so much - they are have no bottom support so you sink into the chairs. Sitting on pillows helps but you should have to. The place is very nicely decorated with a beach theme. Regarding cleanliness, I noticed immediately the floor was dirty because our feet were dirty anytime we were in the condo barefoot. If there were supplies for cleaning I’d have mopped the floor myself…but I really should t have to upon arrival. We planned for a couple dinners in the condo and eating out for the others. The kitchen doesn’t have anything to bake in like a casserole dish or cookie sheet. Bring your own wine opener if wine is your thing. We loved sitting outside for morning coffee and lunch. The wrap around balcony is awesome. The hot tub jets shut off at 9:30pm (a little early for our taste). Posted hours we saw were until 11pm. Pool is huge and heated. Overall we love Treasure Island and would rent this property again but probably bring some swifter wet wipes for the floor. The
