Walking on Sunshine - your ideal 30A beach escape! This newly updated main home boasts 4 bedrooms, while a separate 2-bedroom carriage house offers extra space. With room for 14 guests and private bathrooms in each bedroom, comfort and convenience abound. Your perfect beach getaway awaits!

Main House:
Feel immediately welcomed by the open concept living area and spacious kitchen. The dining area has seating for 8 plus seating for 5 more at the bar. Step onto large patio with outdoor dining table and private pool surrounded by palm trees. This is a great place to enjoy dinner al fresco on a beautiful Florida evening. Cook the family's favorites on the gas grill while the kids play in the private splash pool.

The 2nd floor welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling windows offering glimpses of the Gulf waters. Here you’ll find a comfortable family room with TV and Xbox One plus an additional balcony with seating. The remaining 3 bedrooms plus the laundry area are on this level.

Carriage House:
This carriage house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The 1st floor is separate from the 2nd floor and has its own entrance. This area features a twin day bed with trundle, Smart TV, and Xbox 360 with games, and is perfect for teens or young adults who enjoy having their own space, as the 2 floors are not connected. A washer and dryer is also on this floor.

On the 2nd Floor you’ll find a king bedroom with TV plus a living area. In the living area is also a sofa that pulls out to a full bed. Enjoy preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Beach and Pool Access:
Just 1 house away down the sidewalk & you're at the beach access, Walkover 8, it's that close! Seasonal beach service includes 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas. Plus, enjoy 3 community pools including a Gulf front pool, a heated east side pool, and a west side pool near the tennis courts and playground.

Carillon Beach:
Carillon Beach is a gated upscale beachside village between Inlet Beach & Panama City Beach. Walk along the promenade to the town area which includes a chapel nestled in the trees by Lake Carillon plus restaurants and shopping. There are tennis and pickle ball courts as well. Paved roads and sidewalks create a safe place for kids to ride bikes and walk to activities. Bicycles are available for rent at Carillon Village.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
