This beautifully appointed, luxurious townhouse-style unit has 2 large balconies that overlook the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with 180-degree, unobstructed views! Blue Tide is located on the south side of scenic Highway 30A between Alys Beach and WaterSound Beach...you can't beat the location. OUR BEACH IS PRIVATE, so it's never crowded. Enjoy lounging on the quiet beach, go kayaking on one of the world-renowned dune lakes, or take a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach and "The Big Chill" in Prominence to experience top-notch restaurants, live music venues, and local festivals. A short drive will get you to Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City Beach, and Destin. The options are endless! We have no doubt you'll want to make this an annual family trip!
To top it off, we cover the cost of beach service for 2 (2 beach loungers, a table, and an umbrella) and you have the use of our bikes!

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES:
Our 1920 square foot, multi-level home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. You'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and a full bathroom on the main floor. One story up houses 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The top story houses a quaint sleeping loft.

Guest Bedroom 1: King bed + day bed with trundle bed
Guest Bedroom 2 (top floor): King bed
We also have a community pool that’s shared amongst the 18 units in the complex.

YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES:
- Just about any kitchen appliance you can think of!
- In-unit washer and dryer.
- 6 bikes (1 with a child seat that can be attached) - includes 1 child-sized bike. Additional bikes can be rented and delivered directly to you!
- We cover the cost of beach set service for 2 (2 loungers, an umbrella, and a table).
- Tons of water/beach gear, including, sand castle gear, boogie boards, and Spikeball!
- Access to pool shared with only 17 other units (located just outside our front door).
- 1 dedicated parking space with additional, first-come, first-served guest parking.

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone age 27 years or older and this person must be among the guests occupying the unit during the vacation rental. This is a family-friendly, quite area.
- For health reasons, this is a non-smoking/non-vaping environment...balconies included. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter our home.
- No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring their fur babies. Thank you for following our community rules.
- This unit is not wheelchair accessible. 1 flight of stairs must be navigated to access the unit's main living area.
- NOTE: All entrances are monitored by cameras (no audio) for safety purposes.
- NOTE: The main guest will be required to complete a reservation agreement, including agreeing to house rules prior to receiving access instructions.
- NOTE: Golf carts/slingshots are not allowed on our parking lot due to limited parking for vehicles. Most areas around us, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Prominence do not allow non-resident golf carts either, so there’s nowhere to really drive them. We do have bike rentals on-site and that’s the easiest (and most fun) way to get around!
