Loved this condo. Very open and inviting with tall ceilings and a more unique floor plan than the usual condos weā€™ve stayed in. Well equipped and Clair was always available during our stay. Remember, turn RIGHT when you com into the parking lot. We came in at night and weā€™re easily confused.

Beautiful condo with the best balcony to relax on! I could spend all day on that balcony! Excellent location with an easy walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. The standalone icemaker didn't work but Claire quickly sent someone out to look at it. She is super responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Clair's condo had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo has an ice-maker which was very handy for filling coolers for the beach. Clair was very responsive to all of our inquiries. When a leak began at the kitchen sink she got someone out to take care of it ASAP! We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and perfect location! The walk to the beach was very short, we never needed to use the tram. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only constructive feedback is to add blackout curtains to master bedroom. There was no sleeping in with the brilliant Florida morning sun! Overall, wonderful property!

Fantastic location and walking distance to everything youā€™d want or need. Make Sutton take a day and head to Topsail State Park in Santa Rosa Beach. Only a few places like it in the World. Beautiful lakes with sand dunes and miles of pristine beach with not a sole in sight.
