Great family week with the grandbabies!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach home! The property stylishly decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional responsiveness and professionalism of the owners. Place was good. Location was great for the pool. Could have been a bit cleaner. There was a bunch of gnats in the house when we got there but we got a fly strip and it took care of it. And the dishwasher was full when we got there. We had to unload someone elseā€™s dishes but not that big a deal. Overall my family was pleased and would stay there again.

Great Rental

Our family had a great stay. The rental was as advertised. Very clean! The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were easy to work with. The location to the pool is great. Our favorite part by far was the top level Deck space. It worked very well for our family and the toddlers that we had to all stay in one space safely. The grill up there was wonderful to use.

Great Location!

The house is steps to the pool and minutes to beach, on foot. We never even needed to use the tram service. The house is clean, beautiful and spacious. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook. We will definitely book this house again in the future, if we get the opportunity.

Amazing Vacation!

There is no better place than Rosemary beach area for a family vacation. The house was awesome and host very responsive to any questions. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! Beach was top notch and lots of great food options!

Just not for us

This is our groups 7th stay in Seacrest Beach. We have rented a different home each year. For 13 people, I would say the space is a little tight. The common area on the second floor is very small and not accommodating. The bunk room is for smaller children, barely any moving around room. The top deck was not used much during our stay, sadly. The trees block any type of breeze. It's a bummer cause we love hanging on the top deck at night, just wasn't able to at this home. Would definitely be a well-used space in the winter. There are many stairs which is common for most homes in Seacrest. The kitchen is well stocked. The cleanliness of the home was the worst part honestly. Couches were stained. We also saw many roaches during our stay. The home itself was beautifully decorated, just not a place we would ever rent again due to cleanliness. We did have a few issues and the owners are very responsive and friendly.

Fantastic Spot

This our 5th year coming to the area and this has been our favorite place weā€™ve stayed. The location is perfect and close to the pool and the tram stop for the beach. We had 6 adults and 6 children and every bedroom is great, has its own bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The upstairs deck is an awesome hangout in the evenings and easy to connect and control the Sonos sound system. We had one small issue while we were there and the host had a maintenance person out in less than 20 minutes to complete the repair. I highly recommend this spot and weā€™re already looking forward to coming back next summer.

We loved this home - it fit our needs perfectly and was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to be together and also for some quiet time! House was outstanding! Where do I start? Top floor deck is great place to be anytime. Tv and fans are perfect there. Family vacation

We had an amazing time at this lovely house. We had three families and the house still felt very spacious. The details and decorations of the home make it very inviting. The top deck is an awesome place to relax and there is plenty of seating for a large group to eat outside. The home is perfectly located (very close to the pool and within walking distance to shops and restaurants). Todd, the owner, does a great job of providing recommendations and making sure that your stay is enjoyable. This was our first time to 30A and we are already looking forward to returning.

This home is amazing for your vacation stay. Loved the decks on all 3 levels. The large covered top deck is perfect for cooking out, watching movies or relaxing in this comfy setting, and catching the cool sea breeze. Perfect location, room for all!

We rented this house with 4 kids and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together in a group or spread out into different levels. The breeze on the decks and shade in the back yard were welcome in the hot weather. The proximity to both the pool and walking to the shops/restaurants in town cannot be beat. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Seacrest Home for Families and Entertaining !

We have visited Seacrest and 30A many times and this home was by far the best we have visited ! The communication from the time we made the reservation to the check-in process was proactive and seamless and the home itself felt like "home". The space and amenities were even better than we expected - the furnishings were amazing and the views from the deck and porches were glorious. The location was perfect and we had plenty of visitors over during our stay who each couldn't get over the top deck and the "classy comfort" that the home had throughout. The process and the stay at this home really made our vacation and we will absolutely look to stay here again as soon as we can. The homeowners made us feel welcome throughout and provided so many special touches to this home. We loved it !

Family Beach Week

We had a great family trip at this property. Everything was as described. The house was very well equipped. It has a great layout and great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Having grills on main living area as well as the upper deck is very nice. The deck outside is definitely a great feature. Would love to go back in Fall or Spring to enjoy it even more!

We have been staying at different homes in Seacrest for the past 10 years and this home is above all THE BEST! Beautiful home, kitchen stocked so well beyond what you would expect, the top deck is incredible, the whole house is furnished and decorated amazing, the owner was so great with communication from the moment we booked it. The house is in tip top shape you can tell the owners take great pride in their property it is perfect!!! Worked so well as far as the layout, 3 floors gives families their space but has a great open kitchen living area with plenty of seating for EVERYONE!

The Perfect House

We absolutely loved All Decked Out! Weā€™ve been visiting Seacrest for years and have always wanted to stay in this house. We finally had the opportunity and it exceeded all expectations! It is perfect in every way. Each bedroom has a large en suite and there are also two powder rooms. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has every single item you would ever need. But the best part is the upstairs deck. We spent every night up there with the kids, just hanging out and playing games. We are now spoiled and no other house will ever compare! The owner is super responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back.
