You'll have stunning views from every window in this homey little Pinnacle Port villa featuring a private balcony and community pools and sauna! Seriously, every window - your living room balcony overlooks the white sands of the Gulf coast, while the dining room and bedroom windows boast great views of Phillips Inlet. When you're not taking advantage of the free WiFi to stream device content or enjoying your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV, take a trip down to the brackish water lake for some great fishing or splash around with friends in the indoor pool.

Interested in surfing? Panama City Beach is only 13 miles away with killer waves for you to enjoy and lessons from Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop. If you want to get in some more beach fun, Peddle Paddle Surf Shop is just nine miles away with bikes, paddleboards, and surfboards to rent. Restock your fridge with a trip to Publix Super Market at Ocean Park Pavillion for groceries and produce or Winn-Dixie Wine & Spirits for, well, wine and spirits! They're both just one mile away!

THINGS TO KNOW

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice Neighborhood but Outdated, Poorly Maintained Condo

Pinnacle Port and the surrounding neighborhood is a nice area with great amenities like a restaurant by the pool, which was very convenient for lunch, and the balcony view of the ocean was beautiful. The downsides to this condo were that only 1 out of 3 of the elevators were working the whole weekend, the condo itself was outdated and where they did do some updates/maintenance it was very poorly done, and also there was mold all around the ceiling in the tiny downstairs bathroom which made me uncomfortable. If we would’ve been staying for longer than a quick weekend I don’t know if we would have stayed. The airflow downstairs was also not good. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Great area

The private community is nice. The condo itself is a little outdated. The couch is almost unusable so we didn’t even sit on it. I liked that the condo was a split level but there’s a major temperature difference between the living area and the rest of the condo. I would give a cleanliness of 5 stars had I not had to change the sheets before we went to bed due to a bandaid being stuck to them.

ZERO LOCAL HELP

The condo was super clean and appliances all new. It is evident owners are in the process of upgrading. That being said, couches are sagging , uncomfortable and smell...we put sheets over couches to mask smell. My MAIN issue was there was ZERO local assistance. An alarm went off one day...I called to try to find out what was going on and NEVER got a local agent. Was it a fire ? Was it a false alarm ? We were on the 9th floor...did we need to evacuate ?? A mass text from facility/VRBO/VACASA was absolutely in order. The frustration of not being able to reach anyone local was truly disturbing. All in all the condo was comfortable and close to the beach ... we would not rent this property again, however. Just too small and zero drawer space. One small 3 drawer dresser is just insufficient.

July beach vacation

This property is a wonderful location with the lake and beach. It has a lot of amenities to offer. Our family has stayed at this property before in a different condo. The condo that we stayed in this time was very outdated. The mattresses were worn out, rugs , carpet, and couches were worn. The TV and internet ( Net.com) had a constant delay in the programs that played. The views were amazing and the linens were clean. The bathroom door downstairs would not shut because the frame is warped. There was a private reserved parking spot labeled for the specific condo and no one notified us about it. There was really no communication about events or face to face communication to welcome you. The community is not currently renting the kayaks but Camp Helen State Park is. This was discovered after our own research. I would not pay to stay in this particular condo again. The price was too high for the quality. The other condos may be worth the price . However, I would have to do extensive research in order to pay and reserve this area again. Again, it is convenient to shopping , restaurants, and groceries but also away from the large tourist crowds. Unit A926

Dingy

The condo was very dingy and somewhat dirty when we arrived. No blanket for pullout couch, just sheets. WiFi went in and out all week. No decent pans to cook with. Does have a great view but that’s about it. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We have 4 boys that are older and we got to go just the two of us. We love it there but we feel like the unit could step it up just a little bit. If they fixed the burners on the stove and added a few more utensils, like a can opener, that would really be helpful. We would have cooked more at the condo but it was a little difficult. The view was amazing and the beach was perfect!!!!

Great location if you want away from town. Exactly what we wanted. Equipped with everything you needed. Only downfall is needing some updating and the master bath, hope you are not a big person. I’m normal and sitting ion toilet you were touching shower in one side and cabinet in the other. Very small

40th wedding anniversary

I rented at Pinnacle Port because of the location. We wanted near Camp Helen for personal reasons. We enjoyed the wonderful view of Camp Helen from the dining area and bedroom. Great view of the beach from the living room balcony. We enjoyed the reserved parking spot. Will definitely consider renting this condo again.

Good place for a short stay. Only one bed, the pullout couch was not fit for someone to sleep on as it was quite dirty and old with stains all over the flimsy foam topper. Furniture is old and outdated, but it is an adequate place.

Overall a pretty good experience, other than we had some WiFi issues and the master bed was uncomfy!

The renting experience was good and the unit was just okay. My suggestion would be to just upgrade the mattress and box spring in the master bedroom and replace the carpet with tile or hardwood and this unit would be fantastic. The views were great and the check in process and staff were amazing. Also maybe switch cable and WiFi providers in unit it was extremely hit and miss when we got service.

Great views! Beautiful resort.

Although the condo needs some aesthetic improvements. It was comfortable for my family. We especially enjoyed the spot that was reserved for the room. Easy access and great for loading and unloading. The resort was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.
