**NOTICE: The resort is undergoing construction 9/14/26 - 5/17/27, Pool will be closed in building A 12/1/26 - 3/1/27

We have blocked off the dates when our *wing* is anticipated to be under construction (December through March). But we know that even when the crews are working on other areas of the community, there may still be an impact on folks staying in our unit. *** So we want to be up front and let you know, before you book, that there will be construction work happening. *****This work is outside of our control and may result in daytime noise, equipment activity, workers in common areas, or temporary inconveniences. Entry to the unit may need to be requested during your stay.

Please be advised that no refunds, discounts, credits, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise, activity, or other inconveniences outside of our control.

We are providing this notice in advance so that you can plan accordingly. By continuing with your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction activity during your stay.

This gorgeous two-bedroom condo offers stunning views of both Lake Powell and the Gulf.  With a view from almost every room.  Your family will experience endless entertainment with a large number of amenities offered by the resort, including four tennis courts, basketball courts, Saunas, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools, grills, and the marina. Walk to nearby shops and restaurants. It's located right in the middle of Panama City Beach and 30A, so there are endless options for food and fun!   Our beautifully decorated condo provides a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped, adjacent to the living room, with plenty of seating for everyone. There, you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or step out onto the balcony to catch a glimpse of a sunrise or sunset over the Lake. Located upstairs, you will find the large oceanfront master bedroom with a comfy King bed and private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom, perfect for your little ones, with two twin bunks over a queen and a view of the Lake. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs as well, so your family will have plenty of space to get ready for a family photo shoot on the beach or dinner at one of the amazing nearby restaurants.
