This is a small complex, with this unit beachfront. Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park are within walking distance for shopping, eating and entertainment. The county pier is within walking distance for those who enjoy fishing. A grocery store is just down the road as well as the airport. If you're looking for a quiet place on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, this is it. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The outside balcony overlooks the sandy beach and is equipped with table and chairs for dining as well. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, the LR has a queen size sleeper sofa which will sleep one child. This is a no smoking unit, a comfortable unit for your stay away from home!

First trip to Florida together

My boyfriend has never been to Florida wanted him to have a good time for his first time. We walked in and there was a musty smell and then the TV didnā€™t work right , and he thinks there should be a TV in the bedroom. Shower curtain is bulky and it clings to you when you shower and the water is slower coming out no power. And the washers and dryerā€™s are outside and rusted a little.

Location is excellent. Loved our stay. Suggestions for room, ceiling fans in living and bedroom OR portable fans to keep air movement going, light above the extra sink/mirror right off the living room. Seriously more supplies like tp and/or Kleenex as well as soap for dishes.

Me and my husband just got married. It was the perfect location not to far of a walk to pier park and other locations. AMAZING view. One trip we will absolutely never forget. Very easy checking in process and the host are super friendly and will answer any questions you have within a couple minutes of asking.

Birthday Getaway

We had a great time at the condo. Awesome view. Sunsets were perfect while we were there. We were stressless on the balcony as we drank our coffee and watched the waves on the breaks. The condo was perfect for us and was clean and airy. We enjoyed every second.

Property offered a lot, convenient to everything including ideal views of Fireworks!! Would have really liked a television in the bedroom. Shower curtainā€¦. moldy/odor. Available Beach towels would be nice and a few basic spices for cooking would be a nice touch.

My daughter and I booked this for our annual beach vacation and it was great. The place was right on the beach and within walking distance of all the activities. The condo, room and building, were clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a beach stay.

Small Clean Condo

Condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. It is small and would not want to stay with more people but was perfect for 2. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. We did walk but it was extremely hot so we took a Uber back. Dustyā€™s Oyster restaurant is across the street and has great oysters and wings. The only complaint I have is someone was smoking on the property and it drove my allergies crazy. No fault to this condo owner. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Stunning view from the balcony!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. We enjoyed the kitchen and balcony quite a bit, but otherwise did not spend a lot of time inside the house. The property is not pet friendly, but the beach is very much so. We love dogs so we did not mind it at all. Military planes were flying over twice a day during our stay, about 10am and 5pm. My husband loved it; for me it was a bit too loud at times. Bring your own umbrella and folding chairs. Great clean and comfortable place!

Best Condo on the Beach

We love staying at the Polynesian Village and this is our favorite condo. 206 is very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. The owner is wonderful as she let us reschedule last minute due to a death in the family.

We enjoyed our stay this year. The downside of it was the cable not working properly when we got there, the water pressure was not good and there is/was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Luckily none of my family members are allergic.

Easy Access to the Beach!

This is our first time staying at Polynesian Village. We usually stay in a high-rise and this is far better. The easy access to our car and the beach was amazing. We stayed on the second floor (beach side, not across the street), which was not a problem for us (there isn't an elevator). There is a pool, it is located across the street with the other units. This unit is great for 2 people. If you are considering more, just know you'll be "close" together. The unit itself was pretty clean, I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. I replaced the plastic shower curtain because the one there was covered in soap scum and some mildew. This wasn't a big deal to me, I was going to the store anyway (cost me $3). Due the humidity and the carpet, there is a slight musty/mildew smell. This was not bad at all, but if you're picky, that may bother you. The couch wasn't great, the cushions kept sliding out/off. The bed is firm, but not bad. The sheets had a few small holes. When taking the sheets off before we left, the mattress pad definitely needed to be placed (many stains). There is onsite coin laundry (2 washers $2.25, 2 dryers $2.00), so take quarters if need to do laundry. Bottom line- would I stay here again, yes. There wasn't anything that was a deal breaker for me. We spent most of our time on the beach and balcony. However, if you are picky, this may not be the place for you.
