Located within the picturesque Grande Pointe neighborhood, this brand-new, luxurious home is just a stone's throw from the wooded trails of Camp Helen State Park, while also being less than a mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and just a short walk or bike ride to the large community pool or dock onto Powell Lake should you want to spend the day paddle boarding.

Our home is in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue, but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.

If you still want to sit out in the sun, the brick walkway to the back of the home passes the home's outdoor shower on the way to the rear seating area.

Stepping inside, you'll be able to enjoy the home's open living/dining/kitchen space. Replete with top-of-the line appliances, the kitchen includes stainless steel fridge/freezer, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster and blender. The home has been well-stocked with all of the cookware, bakeware, crockery, and utensils you could need to cook for the whole group, including separate dinnerware for both adults and children. The expansive kitchen island provides plenty of counter space for prepping meals while still comfortably seating four people. The main dining table seats six. Beneath the home's high, wood-paneled ceilings the living room area offers a dry bar with fridge and accompanying accessories, along with plenty of couch and chair space. The home's TVs are all connected to the home's premium streaming package, which is offered by FuboTV so you can watch all your favorite local channels and sporting events.

Down the hall from the main living area on the first floor you'll pass the powder room and laundry room on your way to the home's master bedroom, complete with king bed and large private en suite with a split double vanity, standalone bath tub, and large-walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs you'll empty into the home's landing, with some common area seating and a TV, along with a speaker and board games.

The second floor is comprised of three bedrooms - a bunk room that comes with two full beds (sleeping four) and shares a hallway bathroom with a queen bedroom. The second floor master bedroom offers a king bed and comes with a private en suite with walk-in shower. All bedrooms provide fans, built-in cupboard space, and smart TVs.

The home provides a brand-new, four-seater electric golf cart, plenty of beach gear (real-wood chairs and umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.), towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, a 2-car driveway, and a garage.

The garage hosts four brand-new premium beach cruisers, which are available for guest use.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.

We strictly do not accept pets at this home.

This home is strictly non-smoking

Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
