This fully furnished 2 BD/2BTH ground floor villa that sleeps up to 8 guests with a king size bed in the Starfish Main Suite, two queen beds in the Nautical Nook Second Bedroom, and two on the queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This stunning ground floor villa is truly stunning. Your open floor plan great room looks out over Edgewater's golf course and one of the many fully stocked ponds-it's just a short tram ride or walk over to the beach. You'll enjoy relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat. There's a large TV with Roku HD Streaming and ceiling fan overhead to keep you cool during the day. Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property so be sure to bring your devices!

Step out onto your covered balcony and enjoy morning coffee and croissants or watch friends and family enjoy a game of golf on the 9 hole-par 3 golf course. You can access the balcony your great room and your main bedroom. There's plenty of seating for everyone! Take advantage of the electric grill to cook out a tasty burger or hot dogs!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has beautiful high end cabinets, counter tops, appliances and light fixtures that will make cooking a pleasure. The view from the kitchen is great, too. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience. The dining table is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also for game night! Your whole group will enjoy playing board games or cards and just catching up around the table. Find additional seating for 3 at the bar.

This villa boasts coastal décor no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Starfish main suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens. You'll enjoy your own TV with Roku and direct access to the main balcony too. After a long day at the beach enjoy soaking in the over sized garden tub and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

The Nautical Nook Second Bedroom offers two queen sized beds and offers plenty of room. The owner even privates a beach wagon for guest use! Adjacent to the second bedroom is another full bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and is also accessible from the hall for anyone using the sleeper sofa. All this bathroom space makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze the family/group.

Both bedrooms are carpeted and have flat screen TVs with Roku Streaming. All have high thread count luxury linens and soft absorbent towels provided with your rental.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
