Really a nice spot! Bath tub/shower not easy for my elderly mother but we made do, of course. Great balcony! Perfect spot for a long weekend beach trip.

Pass on this one…

Expecting to be do laundry while on vacay? Well, this ISN’T the place to stay. We realized on day two that the heating element on the dryer had gone out and I immediately reached out to Vacasa (via text and phone). I was told several times that it had been turned over to the local team and manager, but no one ever arrived or reached out to repair. The reps were all kind and apologetic for the issue, but unfortunately kindness and proper texting etiquette does not fix the problem. Two other minor issues to be aware of is the freezer leaks into the refrigerator, causing water to pool on the top two shelves and the bathroom sink is very slow to drain. The condo itself was very clean and decorated really cute. It was ample space and very comfortable for our family of four. The king size bed and the pull out sofa bed were comfortable and the bedding was nice. It is located very close to the elevator, but we sleep with a sound machine and the sound was not an issue for us during the night. Majestic Towers offers very nice amenities and is centrally located to stores and restaurants. The lobby and all public spaces were very nice and clean. This is the first time I’ve ever left a one star review and/or low rating. It appears the dryer and sink issue have been ongoing now for more than one month…if you have booked and are still in your 100% refund window, I suggest that you do so.

Loved it!

The location was wonderful and the access to the beach and shops were great. The check in process was super easy and parking was fairly easy as well. The only thing, when you first walked in, it smelled of sewer, but was not overpowering. The sink and tub drains were also super slow and were still draining even when you were done showering and or using the sink. The toilet also had a constant stream but if you closed the door to the bathroom, you really couldn’t hear it. The room was right by the elevators, which we did like, but you could hear elevator. We overall enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Condo was fine, Vacasa was terrible

The owner of this condo should really reconsider their partnership with Vacasa. It’s impossible to get them to help with anything. They’re rude and hard to deal with. Our dryer stopped working with 3 days left in the trip. We called Vacasa 4 different times to report it and nobody ever came to fix it. We ended up having to pay for laundromat service. Additionally, I would suggest anyone staying in this condo shouldn’t bring any valuables, or else don’t leave them in your room. The staff takes it upon themselves to walk in at any time. Yes they knock and ring the doorbell, but god forbid you take more than 5 seconds to answer, they walk in whether you want them to or not. This happened to us on 3 different occasions with no regard to privacy. There’s no way to lock the door and no “do not disturb” signs to hang. So this was extremely frustrating and scary. We’ll return to PCB, but will not stay at this facility and will not recommend.

Really Great View

We had a really nice time here. Here is a list of goods and greats: view is great, it's a nice facility with plenty of amenities at the beach. Kitchen was stocked. It's close to shopping, piers, restaurants, and anywhere else you'd want to go. Easy access from owner. But also the bads: elevator is so busy it's really hard to go anywhere. Bathtub drain really needs some attention, carpet needs to be replaced, mattress was pretty wimpy, and bedroom is plagued with elevator noises. Also, no linens were provided for the pullout, except a sheet.

On your own

When we checked in, condo was dirty and not clean. We tried to get in touch with Vacasa, but were unable. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and went back to clean. The rest of the time was good. The elevators are a slight problem as there is not enough, so some times when it arrives it’s already full, also they are extremely hot with no ventilation or fans. The beach is nice, so are the pool and Grill. After we got back we sent pictures of condo and our cleaning fee was refunded.

See my summary. My tv issue was never resolved and was very upset of evenings with no entertainment

Didn’t have a tv working all my vacation. Stay n called quite a few times n nothing was ever done but was promised the moon but nothing. So went entire week with no tv during our vacation. Very upset

Busy end of the beach...

The condo itself was fine, it had everything we needed. I do think a deep clean is in order... there are some areas that need attention in the bathroom and kitchen & the carpets should be vaccummed regularly. The internet was slow at best, and didn’t work at times...which impacts the televisions. We were only there a couple days, it wasn’t worth me calling that in to be fixed. The worst part of the experience was the parking; unloading/loading your vehicle & the elevators. The parking is across the street, the walk is long, yes-there is a crossover on the 3rd floor, but, there was an issue with one of the elevators-won’t stop on the 3rd floor.. long waits... we even got stuck on the 9th floor one time (after a 15 minute wait to get on from the 17th floor where we were) had to get off & wait on the other elevator. We ended up parking on the bottom level across the street & hauled our stuff across & down the street in our own cart. Overall, that was a frustrating & exhausting experience. This end of the beach is super busy too, I realize it’s peak time...but the beach was elbow to elbow. Again, the condo was ok, supplied our needs & the view from there is great. The parking/luggage & issue is a total deal breaker for us, we will likely not be back to that resort.

Stay at the majestic

Overall we had a great trip. I gave accuracy of the photos to the actual condo a 4 instead of 5- but actually I don’t think the photos give it justice! This is super cute and much bigger than the photos made it look. Pros: the view is amazing. The condo is clean and very cute. The walk to the beach once you walk outside of the condo is very minimal. You just take a couple steps and you’re on the sand! The pools are great! The kiddie pools has several very large steps which were all different depths. Shin deep, knee deep, thigh and waist deep. That was great for my toddler who likes to be able to touch. There is a grille next to the pool that’s very good. Cons: THE ELEVATORS are AWFUL! Took us two hours to leave the condo because waiting on elevators that entire time. Getting to the beach takes much longer only because of the elevators. The bed could use a mattress topper. Our TVs didn’t work our entire stay- supposedly an issue with Comcast but.... that was a bummer Our balcony light was out so when sitting on the balcony at night it’s pitch dark. I really loved the condo and the location of the condo. But the elevators alone may make it to where I don’t come back :( but if that doesn’t bother you to wait a good while then I highly recommend!

The condo could have been better. We went 18 hours without internet. We had to move furniture out.

We had no internet for roughly 18 hours. We had to wait several hours to check in because the room was not clean. When we got in the room the balcony furniture had to be moved out of the condo to balcony by us. The staff did not have it done prior to us arriving to the condo. Then, we had to go without running water for a good 5 to 6 hours, before we could get showers and go shopping at pier Park. Needless to say, we are not happy about putting up with these things, when we are supposed to be on vacation.We also did not have a parking pass until we called Vicasa to have a staff member run it over to the condo. These are things that we should not have to worry about when we’re on vacation and renting from someone.

I cancelled my reservation four days in advance and they will not refund my money. As badly ss tourism has fallen off since the hurricane, this does not seem like a good customer relations strategy.

Not clean, smells like CIGARETTE SMOKE

I’m giving this condo a 2 Star review based upon the fact that it smelled like cigarette smoke and was not clean when we arrived. I have allergies to cigarette smoke and we also have a 6 month old baby so I was not very happy with her being subjected to this environment. It was so bad that we could even smell it on all of our clothes once we returned home. The smoke detector was even removed from the wall and the wires were hanging out of it. We chose this condo due to it being NON SMOKING, but clearly it isn’t. All of the reviews on here rave about this condo so it was an upset. The bathtub was dirty and there was mold on the walls of the shower, the jets in the tub, and all on the bottoms of the doors of the shower. The vanity in the bathroom seemed to have previous water damage as it as flaking all on the bottom. The couch had stains all over it and every dish had to be re-washed before eating on them due to them being so dirty. The only reason I even gave this condo two stars is because the view is nice and we enjoyed the indoor pool. I didn’t love it enough to ever stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. Whomever is responsible for cleaning this condo is doing a less than satisfactory job.

Great location, expect to wait for the elevators

The room was great, the area and beach was great. The only issue is the constant wait for the elevators. It sometimes took 3-4 times before there was enough room to get in.
