Extremely quiet and private you will enjoy a balcony located off each bedroom and a huge shared balcony just outside the family room. Each bedroom is spacious with king-size beds and an adjoining bathroom. The huge bonus bedroom has a king bedroom and a twin over full bunk room.
The kitchen comes with a full-size fridge with an ice maker, dishwasher, stove, and microwave that will be perfect for cooking family meals. Direct beach access just across the street, and tons of restaurants within walking distance! Pier Park & Aaron Bessant Park is just one mile away!

**One permit will be issued designating garage parking. A second permit will be issued as needed designating overflow parking. Overflow permits are NOT authorized to park in the garage. No more than two (2) passes will be issued to any single unit per reservation.
