Highway 98 SW - back beach road On Panama city beach this high way that will lead you to Orange Beach, WaterColors on 30A, to the east your 10/15 minutes drive to Pier Park not far away from nearly everything.This is Laguna Beach west end of Panama City

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury beach house. The main/master bedroom
has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and full-bed and a twin up top (s), comfortable for sleeping, 7 people. On top of the kitchen counter, you will find a sign in book with the WiFi password keys to the golf cart and garage door opener in a Tea Tin, Trash day is early Tuesday and Friday mornings. These are new pillow-top Sertas throughout the home. Also with 650-thread count sheets and Sleep-gram pillows. The spacious living room is furnished with new leather furniture, electric recliners and LG 65-inch television, also a LG Smart TV in the master bedroom .

The property has free WiFi, high-speed Xfinity internet. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all brand new major appliances. Situated near the beach, 3-5 minute walk, guests can enjoy an afternoon of water sports and beach combing. Free use of a nice golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. Back patio includes, screened in porch and Gas grill.

Spring Break trip

This was the perfect house for our family (including our dog). It was clean and well-stocked and the master bathroom was spectacular! Our teenage daughters loved the proximity to the beach and the fun golf cart, as well!

Communication with the host was great, answered any questions within minutes. The property was located in a great area with access to the beach minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The house was very clean with everything you might need.

Nice place to stay

It was a nice home in a fair neighborhood, very easy working with the property owner. The golf cart was a major plus but the house was on the far end of the city so everything was a 20 minute drive.

Very nice newer well maintained home in quite PCB neighborhood, close to beach. The golf cart made getting around the area and to and from the beach so easy. Nice 2 car garage. Home well appointed and John the owner was very nice and cooperative to work with. Nice to work with owner and not management company. Nice fenced in back yard for our dog.

Best Place Ever

This was the best place Iā€™ve ever stayed at in PCB. The location couldnā€™t have been more perfect. You are just a minute from the beach and having the golf cart made it easy to get everything to and from the beach. You are close to restaurants and activities but still in a quiet neighborhood which was very peaceful. My dog loved the fenced in backyard where she was able to run around. If you are thinking about booking this place donā€™t hesitate because you wonā€™t regret it. John, the owner, was extremely kind and very responsive. I will definitely be coming back to stay anytime weā€™re in PCB.

Absolutely Fabulous!!

This was one of the best experiences we have had getting a place on VBRO! The owner is so nice and helpful in answering any questions, and the home was absolutely beautiful. It fit all our needs and more, from the cleanliness, the space, the fenced in back yard, and the use of a golf cart to get us back and forth to the beach. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!ā™„ļø

Not a better place to stay.

This house is perfectly located and John is attentive to detail and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. This is the second year to stay and will definitely stay again. Golf cart is a plus and only a short drive to beach and Thomas donuts which was a huge hit with my family. We surf fished right there at the 84 beach access and this year caught 13 different species.

The home was amazing, John was very quick to help out with any issues and a very good guy to deal with. The home is very close to the beach and with the provided golf cart was a breeze to get to and from. Outstanding!

John (host) is wonderful. Responsive , attentive , goes above and beyond. The house is immaculate. What you see in the photos is what you get. The entire home has been remodeled like new. Love the master bath with the huge double shower. Tiled from floor to ceiling. The backyard fenced all around was a big plus for our Havanese. She loved it. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from Laguna beach. We loved the provided golf cart that took us there. We wanted a more tranquil location away from the congestion of PCB and we got that. PCB and Pier Park is only 4 1/2 miles away. West of the house is an easy drive to Rosemary beach, Alys beach ā€¦about 4 miles west of the house. Itā€™s minutes drive away. We drove to Destin as well about an hour drive with traffic. We had a fantastic time got to see everything we planned to. Even Panama City itself. You cannot go wrong here. For what you pay for one room per night at a PCB beachfront hotel you get a 3 bedroom detached house with a yard two blocks from the beach. And away from all the riff raff. Highly recommend. We will be back more times for sure. Our new go to home for the emerald coast. Thanks again John!

Great Host

John was always available by text or phone to answer questions or respond to any concerns. The fenced backyard worked well with our small dog and the golf cart was a savior when transporting gear to the beach. But if just going down to view the sunset, itā€™s a very short and enjoyable walk.

A Pleasurable Stay

This beach house is well-situated in Panama City Beach, away from the busy crowds and noise. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and just a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. A variety of attactions are within a short drive from the house. We enjoyed visiting three Florida state parks that were nearby: St. Andrews, Camp Helen, and Grayton Beach state parks. The fenced back yard was perfect for our two dogs, as well as for lounging outside on the patio furniture. John was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect spot!

Chose Johnā€™s place to escape the Midwest cold and get in some beach time between working. The place was spotless and furnished to have what was needed and beyond. The dogs and I loved the backyard and the area is quiet. His home is appointed so well that it makes for a relaxing and perfect stay. The location to go explore or enjoy the beach is another positive. Highly recommend.
