    Excelente localização no 2º andar do famoso Thomas Dr. em uma das mais belas praias dos EUA. Panama City Beach é conhecida por suas praias de areia branca pura e águas cristalinas do Golfo do México. Quarto principal tem uma entrada privativa para a varanda com excelentes vistas de todos os quartos. Proprietário comprou um casal cadeiras e um guarda-chuva junto com uma tenda (por favor, note que estes devem ser trazidos de volta todos os dias, se forem deixados fora da patrulha da praia vai jogar fora)
    Muitos extras, incluindo uma máquina de café Keurig, juntamente com uma nova cafeteira regular 8 xícara. (Nós gostamos de café) torradeira, microondas, e todos os aparelhos padrão para tornar a sua estadia agradável.
    Quarto principal tem uma cama king size com vista para o Golfo! Mestre banho tem uma vaidade de maquiagem separada da área do chuveiro.
    Quarto de hóspedes tem uma cama queen size e entrada privativa para banheiro no corredor. Todos os quartos têm TV bem como a sala de estar.
    Sala de estar tem um extra grande sofá-cama tV 1 poltrona reclinável e 2 cadeiras de estar. Área de jantar tem uma mesa que acomoda 6 e café bar que acomoda mais dois.
    Varanda no edifício B são extra grande mesa de café da manhã e 2 cadeiras, e mais 4 cadeiras para que todos possam se sentar e apreciar a vista.

Excellent Beach Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed the convenience of this condo and its location! On top of the trash shoot being right outside the door and elevators as an easy access just one floor up from the main level! This condo had all we needed and would definitely stay here again!

We have been visiting Panama City Beach for quite some time, and based on our recent experience, I could say that we would recommend this unit to anyone who plans to visit the area. Great for families

Great location. Super close to the beach. Includes supervised parking, 2 pools, and a tiki bar near one of the pools.

Great view

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The condo had EVERYTHING you would need! Loved the Tiki Bar and Stingray! Loved our view! The restaurants were AMAZING!

We came for our son’s Skim Board contest which was right at the end of the walking path to the beach. What an amazing surprise. We loved the condo, location and view of sunset every night from the balcony was perfect! We will be coming to stay in this same condo every year that the Skim Contest is at the park next door.

Wonderful few days on the most beautiful beaches!!

I would definitely stay here again!! The condo was very clean and peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hoping to stay again next summer

We had our first stay at the dunes and will 100 percent be booking here for our next trip. We needed something convenient to the beach having a 3 month old and other kids. The condo was perfectly located right outside the elevator and it was a short walk to the pool and beach. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Loved our stay here!

Would stay again. Very nice and clean place ro stay.

When we arrived the shower in the master bathroom was not working . But the maintenance manager got right on it and it was fixed the next day. The pools were very nice and not over crowded . Very short walk to the beach.

Winter 24

The owner new the building was undergoing extremely load and disruptive maintenance. It was extremely annoying and prohibited quiet stay. Overall unit could use better lighting and better box spring in both bedrooms.

Great Location

Reviewer Comments: To be brutally honest the Condo is nice and it is our second year in this Condo.Last year was a very quiet laid back stay.This year not so much.Very loud lots of horseplay and rowdy kids in the pool. It became such an issue especially in the late evenings you couldn’t even take your small children to the pool due to the rowdiness.The tennis courts turned into a Teen Rec Center where kids unsupervised were yelling and shouting.This is a family oriented area and I couldn’t get over the noise level that carried all the way through 1AM.It was difficult to sleep.Overall this condo is great it is what is happening outside that is an issue.Hopefully the “security team” will make sure this issue doesn’t ruin it for others in the future.People go on vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.

TVs and ceiling fans in every room. Nicely decorated. AC works great. Good location on the beach. Clean pool. Property is well maintained and staffed. Life guard station is close by once on the beach. Good communication with the property management folks. I would rent from them again.

The Dunes of Panama B204

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved are stay there. The condo had all the essentials accept hangers. The kitchen cupboards had way too much dishes, bowls. There were no empty shelves for food. Also the pantry shelves were filled with more stuff like wicker baskets, etc. the condo needs to be decluttered. Every coffee and end table was full of nicknacks. There had to be 20 pillows filling the closets. The couches need replacing, when you sit down you sunk into the back. We used about 3 pillows each to sit properly. We noticed cigarette holes in outdoor furniture. The second bedroom was wall to wall tables, no place to put your clothes in. Fridge shelf was broken and towels stained which I reported right away. Only 2 tea towel.

Fun Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time! Loved the box of beach toys on the porch and we even left new shovels for future guests. Only complaints would be to have more trash bags in the condo, there was no dish soap for washing things in the sink or hand soap for washing your hands, and the condo still had sand on the ground from past visitors. The smaller room's ceiling fan did not work but wasn't a huge deal for us.
