    Este é um condomínio com 3 quartos e 3 banheiros em frente ao Golfo. No 2º andar, fica o quarto principal com cama king size e varanda privativa para apreciar a vista panorâmica do belo Golfo do México com uma TV inteligente de 42 '' e cabo e, além disso, um quarto com cama king size e banheiro privativo.

    O quarto no 1º andar com dois beliches duplos sobre futons completos, este quarto tem uma TV inteligente de 40 '' para alugar filmes via Netflix (sem cabo). Você pode ir diretamente da porta dos fundos desta moradia para a praia. Esta moradia possui um pátio coberto para sua diversão, com um pátio de madeira adicional que percorre toda a extensão da propriedade.

    Esta área de praia residencial oferece às famílias uma escapadela especial de férias, mas fica perto de ótimas lojas e restaurantes. A ciclovia corre em frente à propriedade. Amazing Location - Dated Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing - can't beat that. The unit is not updated, especially outdated bathrooms. The family room furniture is old/dirty. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. The unit had musty/moldy odor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay. Large pantry was great to store all our groceries so no clutter on countertops. Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed even large pan for shrimp boil. Downstairs room got a little warm at night but there were box fans in the closet we used. The out door furniture was rusted with 1 chair broken but the indoor was updated and had everything we needed.

The town home was clean and the view cannot be beat. The only con I had was the patio furniture needs updated. It is severely rusted and did not seem safe with two little ones. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very impressed by Benchmark Management and their prompt responses to our requests and inquiries. We have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest and love the location of Blue 9! We hope to return next year. One suggestion I didn't mention earlier in my check out, you might have printed and laminated instructions for the technologically challenged renters on exactly how to use the living room television. Then patio furniture is old and rusting out, unfortunately during our stay 2 of the chairs broke as one of the ladies was sitting in it (not a large lady, and just sitting at the table enjoying a cocktail waiting for the sunset).

The kitchen has a great assortment of cookware and gadgets. The sliding glass door is very sturdy and could use a new handle. My guess is just the weight of the door has worn the handle. Definitely Interested in this unit next year.
