With 1441 square feet of living space and a spacious 248 square foot gulf front balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out. This is the much sought after 'D' unit with two Gulf front master suites. It's one of the best floor plans on the beach.

The open floor plan great room has a beautiful tropical sleeper sofa and love seat, a comfy leather recliner and a 'man-sized' wide screen Smart TV. Enjoy the ocean view from the comfort of the great room or step out onto your private balcony for a wide-angle view of the majestic Gulf. This main suite has a king-sized nautically inspired bed with a pillow top mattress for added comfort. All of our linens are high thread count and our towels are big and fluffy! There's nothing quite like sleeping in a bedroom facing the beach! The nautical décor with a tropical twist is truly unique and our special Mermaid watches over you as you sleep. This bedroom has a floor to ceiling window overlooking the sea and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. The view is spectacular. Enjoy the large flat panel smart TV. The large updated private en-suite bathroom has a deep tub with granite tile walls, a handheld shower massage and a hair dryer, too. The dressing area has high end cabinetry and granite counter tops.

You'll feel like you've landed on a secluded South Sea Island in the second ocean front main suite! We call this the South Seas suite because of the tropical décor and distinctive high end rattan furnishings. The king-sized bed is a real tropical delight. This room has a sliding glass door and floor to ceiling windows opening onto the balcony overlooking the beach. You'll enjoy relaxing with your favorite programs on the large smart TV. The updated private en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination with an elegant marble tile surround with a handheld shower massage and hair dryer. The vanity is maple with a beautiful granite top. There's a bench in the dressing area for your convenience. The nautically inspired third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bunk bed set for the youngsters. We call it the Crew's Quarters. You'll love the whimsical decor and all the extra sleeping space. Bunk beds are suitable for use by persons weighing less than 100 pounds, thanks! This room has a smart TV for your enjoyment. The large third bathroom has a tub/shower combination with shower massage and a hair dryer. The beautiful maple vanity has a granite counter top. This modern bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the third bedroom.

The laundry closet is adjacent to the third bathroom and has a stacked washer and dryer.

Parking permits are purchased through the resort either in advance or upon arrival. You must have your tag info to register. To register in advance please follow the instructions in your check in instructions and use provided passcode to register. There is a limit of 2 permits per rental. No Trailer or Motor Home parking is available on property. Property bands will be on a ring on the backside of the entry door upon arrival. Please return the armbands upon departure. Lost/Stolen armbands result in a $25 charge.

Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The WaterCrest building has been completely renovated with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long to get to your condo. Park in your own private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. WaterCrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a large kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy at no additional charge. Tennis, shuffleboard and indoor racquet ball courts are also available on property. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. Conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. Many great restaurants, recreational activities and golf courses are located nearby.
