The perfect space!

I stayed with my mother and three children here. The space is perfect for a family of 5, or more. We had a great view and the amenities of the place were nice to have. It stormed one day so the pool and arcade ended up being handy for us. The only downside was the elevators were messing up while we stayed. It was not a huge deal, as we were on the third floor, but we did have to wait a while if we did need to use the elevator. The parking was across the street, but there is an skywalk over the road, so you never have to cross traffic. Overall we enjoyed our time and the trip! The condo was clean, had comfortable beds, and plenty of room! I would recommend!

Overall the stay was good. We did not have a dryer our entire stay so that was very inconvenient using towels that air dry and are rough as all get out. We were not notified of this until after we checked in also. A little more communication about that may have been a little less shocking. Room was very clean and we had plenty of space for everyone. Elevators in this building are terrible. Luckily this room you could use the stairs easily if you didn’t have much to carry or have a wagon full of beach necessities. You do have to claim your beach chairs everyday about 7:30am. We just opted out on using them after a few days it wasn’t worth fighting for them.

Spring Getaway

All advertisements indicated 2 bedrooms, however, one of the bedrooms you state as such is actually a bunk room. We didn't pay close attention to description when booking. We are used to a bunk room being called just that and not a bedroom.Also, on showers there are NO safety handles so senior adults are afraid of slipping . Would be nice to add some safety bars.Condo was beautiful and so clean. Four Star is so good to work with.

Tidewater

This was our first trip to panama city beach and was not sure where to sray. We choae Tidewater resort and it was amazing. Beautiful view. It felt like home. Would highly recommended

28 th year at PCB

Probably one of the better condos we have stayed at in PCB. Well stock with just about everything you need. Very clean. Will definitely be back to this place. Beautiful condo - outstanding views

Unit 309 was modern and beautiful. It was not over decorated which made it seem larger which we loved. Bathrooms were great, kitchen had everything we needed except liquid dish soap for washing up, bedrooms were roomy, the washer/dryer was new, very large fridge, and the balcony was amazing. Only complaints or feedback would be to have more chairs on the balcony (2 currently), and the unit above us we remodeling so we did hear their hammering and sawing which was annoying on vacation. The did stick to the quiet hours (10am-10pm can work) but that's a little too late for us. Elevators are slow and some were not working so we used the stair a lot which was easy. This is one of the reasons we got this unit, to use the stairs.Overall, we would stay in the unit again.

Condo is as advertised

The condo is exactly as pictured and described. There were plenty of towels and linens for our stay. The bed in the primary was comfortable. The bunk bed in the second room was less than comfortable according to our 21 year old daughter. It was nice to have two full bathrooms though. Remember to bring your shampoo, conditioner and body wash as they are not provided in this rental. The kitchen was fully stocked. This condo is on floor 3 which is great. We're were able to avoid the traffic jams at the elevators. There is also a Starbucks and small store at the West end of the resort where you can also get, soft drinks, beer, ice cream, sunglasses, sunscreen and health products. I recommend parking on level 2 of the parking garage if possible.

Nice stay

The condo was great! Only thing was the ice maker didn’t work. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor cause the elevator wait was horrible. Tidewater is a HUGE place which wasn’t my favorite because the beach and pools were so crowded. Had to go out so early to get a chair. Our last day one of the pools were shut down the whole day which my kids weren’t happy about and the other pool was pretty dirty and you could smell trash.

PCB condo

Our stay was awesome, loved the beach service and our 9 year old granddaughter had so much fun. We barely had to leave the resort. Staff was helpful and didn’t have to deal with the elevators as we were on the 3rd floor, only on flight up.

Great condo, being on the 3rd floor was huge!

Excellent room, very nice. The elevators were either full or broken, so being on a low floor was very convenient, as others were waiting 30-45 minutes to catch an elevator while we took the stairs. Will definitely stay there again, it was perfect for our family of 4, especially the bunk room!

Wonderful stay, very secure!

As frequent visitors to the Gulf Coast, we found this resort the best so far. Staff at the resort were very helpful and kind. We appreciated the security upon check in and every visit in and out. This unit was immaculate! Everything we needed and was very clean. The cleaning team deserves kudos! We will be back to Tidewater!

Absolutely loved this unit! Very clean, updated, stocked kitchen, complimentary cleaning & toiletry items, sand toys, and a fabulous view! Location is great. Management company was nice & helpful! Definitely would stay again :)

worth the money

great services, great staff, the condo was for the most part very user friendly, although the refrigerator door cannot open to its full potential due to the tight space it is in, but was still accessible and operable with ease. big balcony, beautiful view, extremely great security. This is probably one of the safest resorts ive been to, and the wrist band policy is extremely effective, which makes it hard for non paying residents to access the facility. Good food, the pools are spacious and clean. Overall a great place. Elevators are always an issue at large resorts, no different here. The beach was clean and the water was perfect.

I completed all of the check in process that was asked of me. I e-mailed with the condo service. When we arrived “our names were not in the list”. He asked for a confirmation e-mail. I showed him the confirmation e-mail. He stated that wasn’t the one he needed. I then proceeded to show him multiple e-mails. He then advised us that “he would take care of us” but that we would have to come back to the check in desk the following morning. Eventually I came across the e-mail he wanted, which was not the confirmation e-mail. The elevator wait time is horrendous. All the way around awful. Just take the stairs. Always. The room was exactly as pictured. There is not much storage room in the kitchen. There is a small pantry but it was full of plastic bowls with lids. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. The air conditioner ran constantly but rarely got below 73 degrees. In the agreement, you are asked not to touch the thermostat and that it is pre set and that some causes of the condo not cooling properly is having the doors open, which we did not. It was not cool enough during the day or night. The parking/hauling all your needed supplies to the condo is not an easy process. The walk over is on the second floor. They have an attendant in the hallway to take your drivers license and hold u til you bring the cart back and then they give your drivers license back. This is just not a quick task at all. There is rarely ever parking on the 2nd floor parking garage so a
