The location is just so ideal being across from the Barbados Pool and then just a 1 minute walk your beach access gate, and also the cafes on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. And it's a great floor plan for larger groups - a large open 1st floor for kitchen, living, and dining. The third floor has our very neat bunk area that is hard to beat - 7 twin bunks plus 2 bathrooms. (You might also consider getting the very cozy carriage that has everything you need).

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

301 West Water Street is south of 30-A, a 1 to 2 minute walk from Rosemary Beach's finest restaurants. It is directly across from the Barbados Pool (one of four pools in Rosemary Beach, including 1 indoor) and just seven homes north of the gulf with gulf views from the balconies. Our beach access is walkover 'I'.
