We have waited for this condo since it was proposed many years ago.

Minimum age of primary renter is 25..
We do not rent to anyone under age 25 without parents or guardians present the entire stay.
Only registered guests are permitted in our condo. Max occupancy is 4 persons.
Violations will result in forfeiture of your deposit and eviction without refund.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS OF CALYPSO TOWER III RULES & REGULATIONS:
POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - DUSK
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area. Denim shorts and thongs are not appropriate.
BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, which is located on the ground level in the center between Towers I and II. THERE IS A WONDERFUL BEACHSIDE SEATING AREA AROUND THE BEACHSIDE TIKI HUT for your use!
ALSO: Beach Access #53 is conveniently located just steps to the West of Towers 1 and II.
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 just be accompanied by a parent.
***PARKING***
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Calypso Resort Association charges a $60 REGISTRATION FEE per stay, which includes one PARKING PASS. You will need to register online BEFORE your visit and purchase and PRINT your parking pass. Scan your pass to enter! To park in the Calypso parking garage or around the perimeter, you need to display this parking pass on your dashboard. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Need a 2nd pass? No worries! Let us know in advance, and we will arrange for you to purchase an additional $60 parking pass.
E-Z LOADING/UNLOADING at paver-parking areas at the front of Calypso Tower III.
You can park for up to 15 minutes - which is plenty of time to load/unload.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are located on level 3 of the parking garage. Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3.
A driver's license may be required to secure a luggage cart.
Luggage carts are not permitted inside the condos.
WRISTBANDS must be worn at the Calypso Tower III pool and common areas.
We provide 4 wristbands. $50 replacement charge for lost bands.
TRASH - Place bagged trash in the North or South trash chutes located on each floor. Our conveniently located trash chute is at the end of the walkway to the right, by the stairwells.
NO SMOKING (of any kind:) OR VAPING is allowed ANYWHERE at CALYPSO RESORT TOWERS! WE ARE 100% SMOKE FREE, INCLUDING ALL THE BALCONIES!
IT IS A FELONY IN FLORIDA TO THROW/DROP ANYTHING FROM THE BALCONY.
