This single-level condominium has just been totally redecorated throughout with new appliances, new furniture in the living area (including a new sofa sleeper and a new 60-inch wall mounted TV), dining area and bedrooms (which includes new mattresses in both rooms). The condo was also freshly painted with calming and relaxing colors which we think you will love. The Views
The views from this condo are literally among the best you will ever see in the Florida panhandle. Looking straight ahead you will see the endless water of the gulf and to the west you have an uninterrupted, picturesque view of the coastline towards neighboring Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell and the beaches of 30A including Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside. You will have the occasional glimpse of dolphins swimming along the coast along with other sea life. The sunsets are also incredible with a beautiful but different picture taking moment almost every night.

The Pinnacle Port complex features a variety of amenities such as easy beach access (from the C3 building you literally walk around either side of the midrise building), gym, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, BBQ area and more!
There is a $35 per car charge at the security gate for added peace of mind.
Sleeping Arrangements
Sleep comfortably in the master bedroom with a king-size bed with beautiful ocean views or the second bedroom with two twin beds that overlooks lake Powell. There`s also a sofa bed that allows the unit to sleep up to six people.
The Location
Pinnacle Port is in the gated community of Carillon Beach on the highly sought-after west end of Panama City Beach and has Camp Helen State Park as its neighbor. Due to the location the beach is relatively quiet even in the peak periods.
What’s Near By?
Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are very close by as well as several excellent restaurants at the Avenues of 30A, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach which are all within 2-3 miles from Pinnacle Port. Pier Park, which is within 8 miles to the east is an outdoor shopping center with over 130 stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. There are several state parks within easy reach as well as Lake Powell. As shared 30A is within view and is close this condo location with its high-end real estate, shops and restaurants. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside are all worth a visit. Along 30A there is also a path that stretches 18 miles which is great for walkers, runners, and bikers.

DURING THE PEAK SUMMER MONTHS, WE NEED TO HAVE A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY)
Daily lounge and umbrella set up are available (at the travelers` expense) in season (March to October). References are happily provided upon request.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
The balcony in the unit is NOT a play area for children. For their protection, they are not allowed to climb
on or around the railing or the furniture provided. Children are NEVER allowed to be on the balcony
without supervision by an adult. By making a reservation to stay at this condo I/we hereby acknowledge
that I/we have read and understand the restrictions regarding children using the balcony.
Please also note that we have installed an alarm on the balcony door to notify residents when the door
has been opened, but it is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that the alarm is turned on during
their stay. We take the safety of our guests very seriously and thank you for your cooperation in this
matter.
