Carillon Beach a gated community in Northwest Florida located on the Gulf of Mexico and consists of southern coastal style single-family homes. We are located just 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach and the rest of 30A and just 18 miles from NW Florida Beaches International airport. With multiple Southwest Airlines and Delta flights daily, you can start your day at home, and end it with happy hour on the beach!

This beach cottage is a 3-story 2400 sq. ft. luxury home tucked among the palms of Carillon Beach along the quaint promenade walkway. We are conveniently located right next to Bellview pool (heated year round), playground, tennis and basketball courts. And most importantly, we are just a 2-block walk to the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.

"Just Flew Inn" is the ideal home for family reunions, multi-family vacations, your wedding headquarters or a girls getaway. Comfortably sleeping 12, this 4 bed 4.5 bath home was thoughtfully designed for privacy with each bedroom having individual en suite baths, while still offering two large living spaces on the first and third floors.

With over 900 sq ft of porches, the 3rd floor private deck is where you will spend most of your time. Set above the trees, you will be sunning and dining in this spacious outdoor living room. Truly relaxing.

There are two master suites. The second floor suite has a soaking tub, his and hers vanity sinks and french doors that open to a private porch. Furnishings are stylish, casual and invite you to cozy on in. Rest easy knowing the kids are close by on the second floor with their own kids room, furnished with bunks and a 40" smart TV for rainy days.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a deep farm sink, island rinsing sink and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking, baking, grilling and bartending needs. There is seating for 3 at the island for a quick breakfast before early morning deep-sea fishing, or to keep the cook company while prepping meals.

The well-designed floor plan has two separate living areas on the first and third floors. Each are equipped with 60" smart TVs/DVDs and seating for all. The first floor living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa (sleeping 2), while the third floor has an attached wet bar/fridge. Both living spaces have three sets of french doors that completely open the space up to the attached porches, so you are never without the gulf breeze.

Your family and friends will love the privacy of four bedroom suites, each with an en suite bath and flat screen smart HDTV. The first floor master suite is easily accessible, (no stairs) and is well appointed with luxurious furnishings and bedding. A queen bed, mounted 40" smart HDTV and a tranquil view of the coastal forest behind the house will get your guests unwinding in no time.
The second floor master suite boasts a soaking tub and chandelier, oversized walk in shower, his and hers vanity sinks, luxurious King bed, 40" mounted smart HDTV and french doors that open to a private porch, surrounded by palm trees. The second floor kids room holds a bunk bed (twin over double) with a pull out trundle, a 40" mounted smart HDTV and a mini porch (with a secure lock if you prefer the kids not to use the porch). The full bath just off the kids room features a tub and shower.
A brand new washer and dryer are located on the 2nd floor between the bedrooms for your convenience.
The third floor bedroom is closed off by a charming barn door and is furnished with a lux queen sized bed; private balcony and a 40" mounted smart HDTV. A full bath is just off the bedroom with a shower/tub.

For those who want to stay connected to the office and/or social networking, you will find high-speed WiFi throughout the home. Please do plan on bringing your phone though, as there is no landline in the home.

The good news is, you are booking a home on one of the world's TOP 10 beaches! We are just a short 2-block walk from the front door to the beach. We are one of the few communities along this coast that is located on the south side of 30A, so you don't have to cross a hwy to get to the beach. Carillon is a gated community, so the only traffic you’ll see are golf carts and bikes! It is easy and safe for the family and the kids to go for a walk or a bike ride.
However, if you do want to get out and about, Carillon Beach is situated just east of Florida’s scenic Highway 30A and Lake Powell; 18 miles of bicycle paths will take you along the popular beach communities of Rosemary, Seacrest, Seaside, and Seagrove as well as several state parks.

If you love to shop, gotcha covered. Pier Park (Emerald coast’s newest destination shopping/theater/restaurant complex) is just a 10-minute drive east, and Destin's Silver Sands outlet Mall is just a 1/2 hour drive west.

If you're a golfer, our home has 8 championship courses within 15 minutes of Carillon Beach, including Camp Creek and Shark’s Tooth.

We provide beach service (March-Oct 15th) for guests. Service includes 4 chaise lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily for your use.

Additionally, Carillon is located just across the street from Publix and Winn-Dixie for your grocery needs and CVS for any forgotten items.
