Welcome to Emerald Bay Escape, where you will experience your own escape with a peaceful and relaxing stay. Upon entering the 1bd/1bth condo, you are immediately hit with the overwhelming beautiful Gulf views through the large floor to ceiling panoramic sliding glass doors in both the living room and main bedroom. Centrally located in Panama City Beach, FL, the Long Beach Resort is close to many great shops, restaurants and activities for all ages.

*** Resort Notice: The resort is currently undergoing exterior stucco repairs and repainting, with project completion anticipated by March 30. Towers 1 and 2 have been completed. Temporary fencing remains in front of the building; however, the portico is accessible for guest loading and unloading, and the lobby and elevators remain easily accessible from the parking area.
The heated pool located between Towers 1 and 2 is open, and beach access from Tower 1 is available. Our unit’s balcony is fully accessible with unobstructed views, and construction activity in Towers 3 and 4 is not audible from within the condo. ***

This Tower 1, 8th floor unit has been beautifully updated with new stainless-steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, we provide a front load washer and dryer, elegant white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable couch with a deluxe queen 6" memory foam pull out mattress for maximum comfort, stylish high-top bar stools, a plush leather swivel /rocker recliner, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. This unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach with bar height patio furniture.

The minimum age to stay at this property is 25 (per HOA guidelines).

A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, and toiletries are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (per HOA guidelines).

Emerald Bay Escape is a very comfortable, relaxing and an inviting space that is beautifully decorated with many small upgrades that many other hosts won't offer, that we feel is a necessity for providing a great experience to you, our valued guests. Here are a few examples of small necessities that makes Emerald Bay Escape a better choice:

1. We provide premium linens (sheets and towel) that are not part of a laundry exchange service. The last thing you want for you beach vacation is scratchy sheets or paper thin towels. This small upgrade will make a big difference in the comfort of your stay!

2. We understand and recognize the importance of having a clean and tidy place. That is why we partner with the best cleaning professionals in the area to insure when you check-in, there will never be any doubt that the home has been thoroughly cleaned.

3. The furniture is top notch. Starting with the inside, we provided a super comfortable king size bed, a stylish and comfy couch (with a deluxe queen size memory sleeper sofa), a plush leather recliner that rocks and swivels, a quaint coastal dining area for four and updated barstools. Moving outdoor to the balcony, again, we wanted to provide comfortable and relaxing furnishings that enables our guests to enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking Gulf views and spectacular sunsets! On the balcony we offer bar height table and swivel chair set, which provides for better views over the balcony railing. We also added two bar height Adirondack chairs for an alternative viewing area. Another nice upgrade is the ceiling fan and dim light (Turtle and wildlife friendly!) on the balcony.

4. We've updated all of the kitchen appliances with stainless steel and replaced all of the counter surfaces with a clean white quartz. We've upgraded the washer and dryer with a large capacity, stackable, front load unit. Both TV's are large flat panel Smart TV's with cable offered and streaming services capable.

Here is the problem with that service or offer, on busy days, there aren't enough chairs for the amount of guests that have this "included" with their rental and then guests are left without something they thought they were getting as a perk or benefit.
