Sea.Away is located in the gated and security controlled exclusive villas at Sunset Beach, along the south-side of scenic Highway 30-A and directly on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. The moment you enter through the gates our community you are welcomed to beautiful palm tree lined cobblestone streets, leading you straight to the Gulf of Mexico and heated oceanfront pool. Our location can’t be beat!

Sunset Beach is one of the most perfectly located coastal communities, nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach. You'll enjoy access to a private beach and a beachfront heated pool, all less than a 1-minute walk out Sea.Away's front door. You'll find that our home is close to everything you'll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques, spas, and art galleries. For those wanting to get out and explore nature, 30A has four State Parks, walking/biking trails and fifteen coastal dune lakes.

PARKING: Sea.Away includes 2 private, gated tandem parking spaces adjacent to the front door.
