Welcome to Life's A Beach! Leave your worries behind and come visit the Beautiful sandy beaches in our gated community, Carillon Beach!

Perfect for a Family Reunion! No detail has been missed in this incredible home. You can sit out on one of the several porches and overlook both lake & ocean views! Awesome Location near the tennis courts and additional community pools.

The main house has 2 Master suites, 2 Guest suites, 1 bunk area (perfect for kids), a private study with a sleeping area, and a third floor with a living room and another bedroom & bathroom. The enormous Gourmet chefs kitchen is absolutely perfect for Family dinners! Preparing a meal in this kitchen will be a dream come true for any cook! Huge center island, additional breakfast bar, Viking range/oven, a Wet bar & wine fridge. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need during your day. The dining room off the kitchen has a table that seats 12+ !

The Guest house (Included in your rental) has a spacious open floor plan! 2 Bedrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom. Conveniently, there is a Half bath on the main floor and a full Kitchen completely stocked, perfect for making lunch by the pool! If you want more information on renting the guest house separately please contact us.

From one of the many balconies in both houses you look over the Amazing private pool & outdoor entertaining space. This property is breathtaking and will be the perfect house for your next Vacation! You will not ever want to leave!

Life's a Beach includes Beach Service for 6 from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting (6 Beach lounges and 3 Umbrellas).

The private pool can be heated for an additional $350.00 fee for the week. The Carillon Belleview Park Pool is only a 2-3 minute walk from the house and is heated.

The golf cart at the property is the Owners and can not be used by guests for liability reasons. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars & Carts if desired.

The Community does charge a $37.50 fee per vehicle parked at the house.

Fabulous vacation home!

We love Carillon and this house worked so well for our family. Having a pool was a fabulous addition to our normal, especially with littles that can’t do a full day at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved that we could all sit around the super long dining table for dinner and also on the largest sofa we’ve ever seen for movies! Will be staying here again next year!

The most amazing property in Carillon for a big family

This was the most spacious property we have ever booked in Carillon or surrounding. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all bigger than the pictures lend themselves…truly a spacious downstairs where all has room to cook, visit and chill with family and friends. It was convenient that each occupied bedroom had its own bathroom. The private pool was also a big hit for the evenings when everyone was tired of the beach. When the owners tell you the kitchen and garage are stocked, they mean it. From pool toys to footballs to bikes and spices and cookware, it’s all here. This is a huge house, so be aware that some cleaning issues may not be addressed during peak times due to time constraints… it’s pretty hard to clean a place this big in 6 hours. But I feel confident that the owners do a deep clean at the end of the season. Our only issues were that the master bedroom on the second floor does not cool down like the rest of the house and there was not a working dryer in the main house, which we were notified of the day we came to stay, and was not fixed before we left. Not the worst inconvenience, but for the price of the place, we did expect everything to be in working order. Just come on down with your swimsuits, sunscreen, and towels, because they have you covered. Park in the driveway, because there is plenty of space. Enjoy the super short walk to the beach, and the seclusion of privacy while there. Honestly, this whole neighborhood is a hidden gem.

Great size or our large family

This house was great for our family of 9 adults and 7 grandchildren. Plenty of space we never felt cramped The pool was larger then other Carillon houses we stayed in and had some many pool and beach toys for kids We have been going to Carillon beach since 2006 and grown from a family of 5 to16 so have been fortunate to have houses that fit our changing size Tara was so responsive even with my crazy questions Looking forward to coming back

50th anniversary celebration

There were 17 family members staying at this property together and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the long dining room table was perfect for our anniversary dinner. The beds were comfy and everyone had their own bathroom. There was an abundance of fluffy white bath towels although you need to bring your own beach towels. There were plenty of chairs for the beach but no canopies or umbrellas. Pool floats were much appreciated. Big bonus was the pool. It is a nice size and after a hot day at the beach, it felt like a million bucks to float in that cool water. The guest house was very tight but we needed the space for 2 aunts. They shared a bathroom which wasn’t ideal but they didn’t complain. 2 couples in there would be a bit much. The second dishwasher and washer/dryer came in handy. One thing that made our weeklong beach trip so enjoyable was the golf carts. We had 2 six seaters from Coastal Cars and Carts and it made transporting all our beach stuff much easier since there is no longer car parking allowed at walk overs. We had fun riding around Carillon during the day and at night showing off our beautiful Happy Place to first time visitors. We would highly recommend Life’s A Beach…it was perfect for us.

We stayed here the first week of November. This was a perfect vacation. Tara was very responsive to every question. Amazing place. Very clean, well stocked with everything you need. We definitely are coming back. Just wonderful!

Comfortable

The term that kept coming up was that Carillon was just “comfortable”. The neighborhood is really nice, and the house was the perfect house for our group of 4 families with teens. Each of the adults had a private en-suite, the boys were in the bunk rooms on the second and third levels, and the girls were in the guest house. We took full advantage of the basketball and pickle ball courts. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and we also loved relaxing in the back yard by the pool or on one of several porches.

Perfect for a family

Wow! What a house. We have stayed in numerous properties throughout Carillon for more than 20 years, and this place has been our hands down favorite. The home was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our extended family (15 people, grandkids to grandparents) had a fantastic stay at this property. The actual home is as-good if not better than the listing! Property manager was very responsive to all our needs, and there was plenty of open space on the first floor for the whole family to comfortably gather. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, great location. Each room was special, the host were accommodating, easy to get with and happy to help to make our stay special. Great Family spot

The house and neighborhood were perfect for a large family. The beautiful beach is a short walk and the pool kept our crew occupied for hours. Kids can ride bikes safely and the area is very close to all the restaurants and fun things at Rosemary beach. The house is well equipped to handle a large crowd.

Top Notch!

We have stayed at Life’s a Beach, as well as other properties managed by Tara, multiple times and they never disappoint! Our family of 13, including three infants (one pack ‘n play was provided!) had plenty of space to relax and sleep and had fun preparing all of our meals in the spacious kitchen and on the gas grill located by the pool. We utilized the large Sportbrella on the beach to provide shade for the babies and used the available cart/wagon to bring down extra sand chairs they provided in addition to the six loungers reserved on the beach. Mornings were spent at the nearby beach and the heated pool (ample size) was used all afternoon and evening by all ages (well worth the additional fee for heat!) We also played daily on the tennis and pickleball courts only a block away. Tara is a great communicator and responds quickly and kindly to all inquiries. We’re already planning our return next year!

Beautiful Home

13 women met to celebrate 38 years since their college graduation. The home was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was xoutstanding. The neighborhood was beautiful for daily walks. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Reunion!

Adults and children (including teenagers!) throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The neighborhood is walkable and picturesque. The beach is breathtaking with white sand and emerald waters. The heated pool was a huge success! Our host, Tara is the best. Great trip- planning our return!

Excellent Stay

The house and guest house are both beautiful and were perfect for three families with children. The pool was perfect for returns from the beach. Overall, the location was great and the home was perfect for us. Would definitely return and recommend.

Family Vacation

This Place is Amazing

We had a family reunion of 12 adults and 5 kids. The house is incredible and has so much common area space. The rooms were cozy and everyone seemed to be comfortable. The guest house was a great addition for the grandparents that needed some quiet time at the end of the day. Pool is perfect size to relax after a morning on the beach. We were very satisfied with the entire property and location.

Great Family Vacation

Four sisters family vacation. 17 total with kids ranging in ages from 9yrs to 25 yrs. 4 master bedrooms was a bonus. carriage house was excellent for adult children. Loved the pool. Quick walk to beautiful beach. Pickle ball court was a blast. Boys enjoyed basketball court. Beautiful neighborhood.

Spring Break

Our group had such a great time here. We loved the location, the short walk to the beach and especially the pool. We had 17 in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely book this property again.
