FIRST Floor Gulf CONDO, Poolside Condo is only steps tothe 6,000 square foot Lagoon Pool at High Pointe and the Gulf beyond. Sip your morning coffee on the patio as beach and the pool comes to life. Head out to the soft white sands for a morning stroll or pick out your umbrella and chair for the day. As lunch time approaches head out to Crabby Steve's for a cocktail and snack then relax while relaxing enjoying the pool and waterfalls. Beach Chairs / Umbrella Available

Rosemary Beach for an ice cream or a mid day iced coffee. Return to your beach umbrella as the sun glistens on top of the ocean waves. When everyone is ready retreat back to the condo to freshen up for the evening.

Dinner time. Walk to Rosemary Beach and enjoy a casual dinner with your favorite wine. Only a short walk to Shades for a beer,wings and root for your favorite team or go to Tootsie's or the Fish House for dancing. Another beautiful day at High Pointe.

This property and location were perfect for us. Everything was easy. Our teenagers could walk or ride rented bikes into Rosemary Beach to shop or eat. We loved having the restaurant and bar at the beach entrance. Michael was super responsive when we had questions before arrival and during our stay. We plan to come back whenever we can!

The pool side location was incredible. Walk to Crabby Steve's for lunch/dinner, and hang around pool or head down to beach. We loved the direct access this unit provided, without elevators or stairs. Great support and communication from our host and cleaning crew. Will definitely return. Free set up umbrellas was great,

2nd time weā€™ve stayed at this condo and had a fabulous time!! Owner is super responsive and condo was perfect. The location on the bottom floor is so easy to access pool, beach and Crabby Steveā€™s (restaurant on site) and we canā€™t wait for our next stay here this summer!

Unit is as advertised. I would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. As I read in others reviews the pool was closed for a portion of our stay as well, the the fault of the Vrbo host and I was promised a partial credit but fair warning to others it does happen. The condo is clean and functional but there are things that could use some attention. Nothing major that would affect your stay just things like missing/broken door stops and finicky faucets etc that would have to be remedied to be a 5 star for me. All tolled, I give it a 4.8. And fair warning, the owner requests additional credit card info outside the Vrbo site for wristbands not returned.

We usually book at Highpointe, when we are coming to this area. Can't beat the beach the pool and location. We usually come in October and love it this time of year. This year the weather was PERFECT. On this occasion the pool was closed for 3 weeks for renovation. The owner worked with us and refunded some of our money for not being able to use the pool which is right out the back door, and the kids love to swim in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The second bedroom with two bunk bed sets was perfect for our family of four. Being on the ground floor makes it so convenient with groceries and pool access. We hope this unit is available next year!

Great location on the beachside in Seacrest, centrally located to everything. The weather and the beach were perfect during our stay. I would love to say that the pool was nice but it was closed for scheduled maintenance during our stay. This information should have been disclosed, one of the main reasons I booked this property was to have access to a pool. The unit is badly in need of a deep cleaning. I understand the turn time is short between rentals but I don't think that's an excuse not to properly clean. The carpet is stained throughout and it was visibly dirty on most surfaces. It makes it hard to have a comfortable stay when you can see dirt everywhere. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the microwave.

This property was perfect for our family of 4! The location was great - easy access to everything. The amenities were perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. The first level location was also so convenient to the pool. It was also nice to have two beach chairs included and that once you check in with them they set it up daily for you! We canā€™t wait to come back.

Loved the location. It was very easy to communicate with owner and get questions answered. My only criticism was the cleanliness upon check in. I know turn around time on the homes and condos is a very short window. However, neither bathroom toilet under the seat was cleaned! Gross! Our housekeeper did fix the issue, but still gross. There were also dead bugs that had not been vacuumed by the sliding glass door, a bit out of sight so I can maybe give a small pass on that.

We just returned from our trip, and had a wonderful time! The property was great - pool was amazing (and has a 6 foot deep section - rare these days!), beach was perfect as always! Having the on site restaurant was very convenient, as was having two beach chairs + umbrella included in our stay! The individual unit was clean, had everything we needed, and was VERY conveniently located, especially if you have kids! It was a straight shot from the front lobby area to the condo, and you could walk from the patio straight to the pool. Even going out the front door was super close and convenient to the pool; and the beach access. The location of High Pointe is SO convenient - there are places to eat/shop just across the street, and tons more just a super short and easy stroll down to Rosemary. In short, this is our new favorite place on the beach, and weā€™ll definitely be back!

The property was decent, the condo that we stayed in specifically had sand in the bunk beds when we arrived. The condo owner was completely unprofessional, unstable, and threatening when he said that I should be SHOT when I was accused of damaging a piece of trim in the bathroom. Under no circumstance should the property owner have treated or spoken to me in such a deplorable way. He frightened me and my two children. Disheartening end to our vacation. Beware
