Set within the Seacrest Beach community, this expansive 4,273-square-foot home is designed for larger groups who want true space to spread out—without sacrificing comfort or convenience. The main level offers a bright, open kitchen, dining, and living layout that makes it easy to gather for meals, plan beach days, and relax together, plus a main-floor king suite that’s ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs. The kitchen is well equipped for group stays with both a drip coffee maker and Keurig, along with a blender, food processor, toaster oven, and the cookware/tableware you need for easy meals at home.
Upstairs, you’ll find additional king bedrooms, a dedicated laundry area, and another living space that gives your group a natural second place to unwind—perfect for early risers, kids’ downtime, or a quieter evening hangout. Downstairs adds even more flexibility with a third living area and a kitchenette, creating an ideal setup for movie nights, snacks between pool and beach, or giving part of the group their own retreat.
Outdoor living is a standout here. In addition to the private backyard with a gas grill and a 6-person outdoor dining set, the home features multiple decks and balconies with seating, giving your group several places to catch the coastal breeze throughout the day—morning coffee, mid-day breaks, and post-dinner wind-downs all have their own spot. Inside, the home is also set up for easy downtime with 5 Smart TVs and the convenience of two washer/dryer sets for longer stays and big groups.
*Parking Information: Guests must register with the Seacrest Community online prior to arrival for parking passes, details provided in check-in information. On-site parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the private driveway and up to 2 additional spaces with a parking pass (first come, first serve). Pick up parking passes at the front desk. There are no golf carts or LSVs allowed in the neighborhood.

Seacrest Beach on Florida’s 30A is a popular, family-friendly vacation community located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, known for its “New Urbanism” layout with pedestrian-friendly paths and an easy, walkable village feel. The community’s signature amenity is the 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool, a true centerpiece for pool days and mid-day breaks between beach trips. Guests also enjoy deeded beach access across Highway 30A, plus a seasonal tram service (March–October) that makes getting to the beach and pool simple—especially for families and larger groups. Seacrest Beach features approximately 1.35 miles of walking trails/paths, and nearby hubs like Peddlers Pavilion and the Village of South Walton for dining, bike rentals, and seasonal events, with an amphitheater-style green space often used for movies and community activities.
