Sunrise Beach Resort 1907 is a fabulous 2BR/2BA Condo with sleeping accommodations for 6. You can relax and unwind on your oversized private balcony with its views of endless beaches. From the19th floor you can enjoy watching the most spectacular sunsets against the emerald waters of one of the worlds most beautiful sugar sand beaches. This condo is perfect for a romantic couples getaway or a fun filled family vacation. It is a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach - near Pier Park with its great shopping , restaurants, and entertaining things to do Also convenient to Frank Brown Sports Complex. It is walking distance to many favorite restaurants - Sharkys, Moe’s Barbecue, Senoir Frogs and more. We chose this condo because it’s on the quieter end of the beach yet still close to all the attractions and it’s oceanfront!!

The living area has access to the balcony and has a queen sleeper sofa with a 55inch flat screen tv with over 200 Channels and a DVD player.
This unit features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a 52in tv with Roku and opens to the balcony. It has a large bathroom with a garden bath tub to soak in and a separate shower with double sinks. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a 32inch tv and Roku. The large guest bath has a combination shower/bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker with a breakfast bar. You can cook a meal or you may decide to order your food to be delivered. It’s vacation time kick back relax and enjoy.

- Carefree keyless check in so you can go right to this residence once your in town

- Large 200+ square feet of balcony

- The living room is roomy and comfortable with a 55in Smart TV and balcony access

- Fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker

- Master Bedroom has King bed and a 52in tv with ROKU and balcony access

- Master bath has a garden tub with separate shower and double sinks

- The Second Bedroom has twin bunk beds and a 32in tv with ROKU

- the second bath has combination shower/bathtub

- wireless internet access throughout the unit

- stackable Washer and Dryer conveniently located in the unit

- Resort charges 40.00 per parking pass- limit of 2 parking spaces per unit

- Required wristbands are included in your reservation but we ask you to leave them when you check out.

All Sunrise guest must be preregistered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $40.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and it’s COA. Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. Link to be sent via email for vehicle prior to arrival. Parking is located under the building for easy access to and from the unit.

Sunrise Beach is a family friendly resort with many amenities. It has two elevated Gulf front pools - one heated seasonally, 2 hot tubs, children’s water splash area, Fitness area, BBQ grills and Arcade/Game room.

We wanted this condo to be comfortable and convenient for those who stay in it. We want it to be a place where you have an unforgettable vacation and great memories are made.

My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. The property was clean, the amenities of the condominium were great. The condo was pretty clean, overall we had a a great time. We did not know that the condo was undergoing some renovations at the time but it didn’t really play a factor. I guess due to the holiday weekend they weren’t doing much work thankfully. The only issues with the condo itself that we found was the bunkbeds in the front room had a lot of screws in it that we’re not properly secured . We promptly notified the owner and tightened all the ones we saw, she said that she would address this. The washer had a really bad mildewy odor, probably because it is not being properly cared for by potentially the renters and not being left open to completely dry out. The dryer I believe may have had some rust on the back vent inside that ended up staining a couple of our swim shirts, which I also noted orange spots on some towels. I ended up handwashing all of our bathing suits and only utilizing the dryer. I did notify the owner so she could address or clean out the washer properly. Given that we were only there for a short time, this did not a play a huge factor, but if we had been staying for longer it would have been. All in all still a great unit owner is very responsive. Would consider staying again.

The owner was very kind and responsive! We had a great stay. The room was beautifully decorated and had an amazing view. Very close to good restaurant’s. Included an umbrella and 2 chairs that was very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation

We booked last minute & the entire trip ended up being perfect! The condo was perfect, as it literally had anything & everything we could have possibly needed. (I absolutely ’d the decor/all the little signs with sayings/quotes on them!) The location was perfect with restaurants, ice cream parlors, do-nut shop, putt-putt, an arcade, & go-karts all in walking distance. And then there was the view, which was perfectly breathtaking! We even got to see dolphins on multiple occasions & a shark one day. On top of the condo itself being perfect, Julie (the owner) is truly amazing. She was more than helpful from the booking, to the constant communication making sure we arrived ok & had everything we needed, to the check out. We will most definitely be returning again in the near future & I highly recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect place for you and your family!

Best vacation in a while!

Beautifully decorated condo with everything you could possibly need! The views are amazing and the balcony - where we spend a lot of our time - was perfect! The property manager/owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and perfect! We will definitely be back!

The view was amazing. The property was as a listed. Beautiful décor. The only issue is the main sliding door was hard to open. We used the one in the main bed room.

Panama City Beach in the Clouds

The 19th floor condo has amazing views of the gulf. The views are captured from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom and bath is spacious and has plenty of storage for your clothing and accessories. The second bedroom is very small and does not have a closet. The second bath is spacious and felt comfortable. The kitchen area is adequate for meal preparation and has most of the pots/pans and appliances that one regularly uses. The unit has a toaster but a toaster oven would have been more useful (great to warm up leftover Pizza). The building has ample parking space and finding parking was never an issue. The unit has two big pools but quite frankly, we did not use them because we have the ocean out in the back. The condo environment was quite and the people were polite and courteous. In summary, this condo is fantastic, has a great location and we spent a fun, relaxing time in it. Can't wait till next year to book again.
