Sea The Stars is located above Cowgirl Kitchen (Cowgirl Up!) and will fit all of your vacation criteria.
Sea The Stars occupies the entire 3rd and 4th floors above Cowgirl Kitchen and features over 400 sq ft of private balconies that provide spectacular Rosemary Beach views and gulf breezes.

Main floor: The spacious kitchen/dining/living floor plan opens to the main floor balcony overlooking Main Street & Western Green. A King Bedroom with a shower, private balcony and the built-in bunk cubby are also on this level.

Second floor: The inviting king master bedroom suite and lovely bath features an outdoor shower and sunset terrace that overlooks the homes and rooftops of Rosemary Beach.

Sea The Stars will not disappoint, professionally designed by Tracery Interiors, walking distance to everything, amazing location!

A Few Notes To Keep In Mind
-This unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator access

-Rosemary Beach HOA does not allow golf carts in this community. Violators will be fined.

-$150 non refundable Pet Fee and $500 refundable pet deposit required, 30 pound weight limit-max 2 dogs.  Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation.

-You will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.

-Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

**No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.**

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Rosemary Beach is a New Urbanism community located along the Florida panhandle's scenic Route 30A between Panama City and Destin. The 107-acre, Gulf-front town was designed in 1995 to offer residents and visitors alike a sense of community, neighborhood, and convenience. Common "green" areas are located throughout Rosemary Beach and provide places for reading, games, picnics and barefoot strolls, as well as outdoor events. The fitness trail and walking tour is a 2.3-mile trail that utilizes sand paths and boardwalks to wind through the town’s native landscape, parks, and public spaces.
In keeping with the town's commitment to protect the environment by not building beyond the coastal construction control line, or buffer zone, landward of the beach, nine dune walkovers have been built providing residents and guests beach access. The walkovers protect the fragile dune system and prevent erosion and washout during storms, and are unobtrusive, simple, and functional.

Stayed here with our college age children. Great location, loved convenience and people watching. Condo needs some basic maintenance and upkeep. Stairwell and entrance door were filthy. Fifteen minutes with a general cleaner would make the door able to be touched. Shutters were hanging off hardware and patio was not safe for bare feet. Slipcovers and rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. Just general maintenance or annual spiff up. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

The stairs into the unit are filthy. Workers sit in the stairs and eat so you have to pass them as you go to your unit. They leave food all the over and since it is a Mexican restaurant it is beans left lying around. Which looks like rat poop. The smell in the unit is pretty strong, as you have the fried chip smell from the restaurant cooking below you. You do not get a break of the smell as they also are open in the morning. The alley way is loud which you will hear people talking from inside the unit. The unit itself needs repairs, has mildew on walls, ac vents, and the porch is rotted. We would not stay in this unit again. It is also very loud at night b/c you are on the main road with all the restaurants.

The location is fantastic. Parking is tight and getting luggage up to the apartment is hazardous. The property needs some TLC. Decks needs to be replaced and drywall was busted in the bathroom. Otherwise, great place to stay.

We were hoping the negative reviews had been heard and efforts made to fix the issues but no, all were still true. The cleanliness was the worst part. Hole in sofa cushion - we spent considerable time and money on cleaning supplies to help and even washed the couch which feels like it should not be on a renter to do. The only positive is the proximity to the beach but it comes at a cost. Trash and food deliveries start up about 4:30am. There is a constant grease smell from cowgirl kitchen and don’t get me started on the hallway. The grime we had to walk over was disgusting. Would not stay again. Felt like a frat house situation.

Location is fantastic! However, many maintenance items need attention. Also climbing over employees of Cowgirl Kitchen to get to the unit was a challenge daily as they hangout in the stairwell. Early morning noise from garbage trucks, food delivery trucks etc. The owners should focus on repairs as the price to rent is very high.

This is a great location. All the things that may be perceived as negatives are clearly stated in the descriptions. Its loud. That’s because it’s above a popular restaurant. It’s up three flights and no elevator. There is only one designated parking space, and it’s a cramped spot behind the restaurant with frequent trucks unloading next to it. That all was fine. The place was clean, at least all the hard surfaces and bedding. We had an issue with the beds being too soft. Not sure if that is by design or the 2 king mattresses have sagged. My daughters were fine with it, but my husband’s back couldn’t take it. The little day bed nook is essentially in the kitchen. The couple questions I had were answered immediately by 30A, which was great. In a nutshell, this is a no frills little condo in the heart of the action. If not for my husband’s back, I would stay there again.

The property was as-described for the most part, but we'll never stay here again. It had a balcony for listening to music and watching the gulf/green just down the road, but you had to wear shoes all the time as there were exposed nails, the balcony was untreated and weather worn. The benefits of being above Cowgirl Kitchen were offset by the negatives in the garbage truck coming every morning between 5 and 6 AM, the smell, the fact the restaurant uses the only stairwell for storage and patron traffic often blocking the door to the building. As far as the living space, I hope they take the money we paid and use it fix the various odds and ends that clearly need attention: the balconies, the couch had a tear in the cover, the walls had paint pealing and the showers had little things that were difficult to accept for the value we paid (downstairs shower door was hard to shut/open for my young kids and the knob on the master bath just spins with no way to turn off without just feeling it out).

Upon entering the door next to Cowgirl Kitchen you will be greeted with their storage area for fans and high chairs. Once you climb over these you begin your stairclimber workout to the third floor. This condo is very conveniently located right in the heart of Rosemary, however the unit is outdated. The 30A Vacay property description also states the unit comes with two bikes included. If you are planning to use these bikes DON’T. The combo code we were given did not work and after calling 30A Vacay to advise and trying 3 other combinations they said they would try to get someone out to unlock the bikes. They could not provide an ETA on when this would take place. After waiting over 24 hours to have the bikes unlocked and speaking several times with 30A Vacay about frustration that we could not use, we were told there is no guarantee on using the bikes and that we would just have to wait till someone could unlock them, still with no ETA on when this might occur. After much frustration we rented our own bikes so we could enjoy our last day in Rosemary and ride around to see the sites.

We had a great time on our trip. However we noticed that the unit was dated in several areas. The hot and cold water knobs do not work well in any of the indoor showers. The walls are covered in scuffs and the floors of the showers look grimey. The outdoor shower does not even have access to the outdoors and only has cold water. The management group was great to work with and very helpful.

Unit was nice! The outside master patio couch/ottoman was dry rotted and needs to be replaced and the stairwell leading up to the unit at the bottom is dirty. The inside of the unit was nice and location perfect!

This property was the perfect location, however, for our family of 4 there simply wasn't enough room in the main living area for all 4 of us for downtime, watching tv, etc. The unit is in desperate need of a deep clean as well as some attention to electrical and plumbing quirks. Fixtures, faucets, walls leading to the upstairs bedroom, shower curtain liner, remotes and bedding/couch covers all need to be deep cleaned. The outdoor furniture needs some attention as well. We did not feel that unit had the same cleanliness standards that we have seen from other rentals, especially with the Covid-19 concerns. . There are ZERO "extras" with this unit. No additional blankets, throws, bedding, etc. The noise every morning was a factor when the trash truck arrived between 5-6am. The Cowgirl Kitchen used our trash can for their trash so we had nowhere to dispose of our own trash bags and twice we had to move their trash bags and propane tanks from our parking spot to be able to pull in. At peak times getting in and out of the stairwell door was also a challenge because of strollers, etc. parked and blocking that door for those dining at CK. The location is ideal. The view is beautiful. It might be better suited for a couple or a group who just need a place to sleep and shower. You just have to weigh the pros and cons.
