- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.

-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.

Beautiful Views

Stay was great! Condo was comfortable and clean. Road work was noisy at times (no fault to the condo) Beware of latch on glass door it locks you on the deck easily. And front door automatic door closer was lose just so you are aware.Loved the proximity to the beach!! Condo had everthing we needed for a great trip!!

The room was nice no issues with the actual room plus it had a great view of the area from the height.. the only issue was the elevator situation. that was enough to not want to stay there again. It was a 15 min wait at the elevators both ways to get up or down. everyone that we talked had the same complaints about the malfunctioning elevators and the long lines.

Week at the beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach. I have seen several complaints about the elevators but we didn’t not really have and major delays due to the them. We did have a few issues with the condo that was a bit disappointing but nothing that ruined our week. The listing says king bed when it is actually a queen bed in the bedroom. The pullout sofa bed was broken. Fortunately for us our person was willing to sleep on the sofa without it pulled out and they said it wasn’t too uncomfortable. There are some other minor broken things that would be nice if they were repaired. Kitchen items are scarce. My biggest concern was that it didn’t seem that the cleaning service is doing a thorough job of keeping the place clean. I did bring an issue to the property manager and they were quick to respond and replace the dirty item. But we also found some a vape in a kitchen drawer that I feel should have been disposed of before we arrived. Now I know that sounds like a lot of negative things so here are the positives -Bed and pillows were very comfortable -Dawn dish detergent was supplied for the sink and not some cheap watered down detergent -a bar of dove hand soap in each bathroom - beautiful view of the gulf-very responsive to concerns -easy check in- vacuum and broom in room for cleaning up sand-decent amount of starter supplies provided -fridge is nice and keep food cold-property manager checks in regularly to see if you need anything
