30a Beach Properties presents the Crown Penthouse. This 58 Main St Rosemary Beach location offers fabulous gulf, western green and sunset views. This rare south Main St address is steps to restaurants and the beach. A perfect location for easy family beach access or attending a wedding. New interiors by local professional designer feature soft natural fabrics and crisp clean bedding in a refreshing beach design that will invite you to relax with family and friends! At 1500 sf, the Crown Penthouse occupies the entire 3rd and 4th floors of 58 Main Street. Over 400 sqft of private balconies provide spectacular Rosemary Beach views and gulf breezes.

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

3rd floor: The spacious kitchen/dining/living floorplan opens to the 3rd floor balcony overlooking Main Street & Western Green. Bedroom 2 has its own private sunset balcony.
4th floor: The inviting master bedroom suite and lovely bath feature a sunset terrace that overlooks the homes and rooftops of Rosemary Beach.

Everything about the Crown Penthouse was fabulous! The location, the decor, the amenities, the weather, everything. I did have a little trouble with the master bedroom fan, not working, but management did replace it and bring by a standup fan to use in the meantime. We didn't mind that the penthouse is on the third floor, and the only access is stairs, because we all need a little more exercise than we get!

First timer at Rosemary Beach

The property was just as described. Beautiful, the location could not have been better. Close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Some early mornings it was loud as the garbage trucks came to the back alley. Beds were comfy, nice towels. Full sized shampoo, conditioner bottles would have been nice, only provided one set of tiny hotel bottles. The soap in the pumps was watered down, soap bars would have been nicer. Management was quick to respond and fix any issues. The kitchen had every pot, pan or gadget you could ever want or need. No spices though. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break with 3 kids

We had a great time in Rosemary Beach- because it is Rosemary beach. The location was great. However, along with the location comes late night sounds from downtown, constant delivery trucks parked behind our parking spot. Every time we we left (6-7 times throughout the week) there was a delivery truck parked behind our car that we had to flag down to move. Also the garbage trucks almost every morning at the restaurants below at 6am. The location is convenient- but the property itself is not updated at all. Pretty dingy- with dirty pots and pans in the cupboards. Also, found old chicken nuggets under the freezer pull out drawer on the ground. I have stayed in 10 Rosemary beach rentals and this was by far the worst. It’s a bummer when you spend a lot of money to stay in this location and you can’t recommend it to someone else or that you wouldn’t want to stay there again.

Perfect spot in Rosemary Beach

The condo was wonderful and the location was perfect. Near the beach, two wonderful decks, lots of restaurants literally right under the condo. It is across the street from the Pearl. It really is the perfect location to experience Rosemary Beach. The one problem is there is a king in the master which is great, but the second bedroom has a double which is really small. There is a single bed in the corner of the main room, but that is odd. We had 3 adults so it was perfect, but be aware if you have two couples one is going to have a really small bed.

Prime Location

Great time and a great location. The ID cards were not working at the pools, but others were accommodating and held the door for us. Parking is somewhat challenging; it doesn't mention that the parking spot also serves as a back door to the restaurants, who ask you not to block it. Also, the back entrance is accessible only by walking through the second-floor balcony (which belongs to a different condo).

Be sure to pack light!

We didn’t realize there were no elevators so we had to lug lots of luggage up a spiral staircase or around the block and up the front stairs through the crowds eating at the restaurants. Other than that we loved the property! We loved both porches! We would stay again. (But we’d pack light)

Perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary!

Couldn’t have been better as the location was in the center of Rosemary. It was very clean, the owner had available all condiments, it was well equipped, and was the perfect size. Great views and short walks to restaurants. Had some difficulty understanding where the lockbox for the key was in the dark but the property manager walked me through it in short order. (I was mistaken on which door was being referred to as the front door.) We don’t usually repeat as we like new places, but will probably go back to this one every anniversary. We loved loved loved it.

Awesome location BUT note the number of stairs and limited access

We loved the location. Upon arriving and parking in the designated parking spot, we realized that the only way to get our large luggage inside the unit was to drag it around to Main Street (via a small alley or going all the way around the other side of building to avoid the alley). The rear access forces you to go up stairs that leads to the unit below yours, cross over it and then continue up via an outdoor metal spiral staircase that would not be safe for small children or elderly people. I was uncomfortable using it for just general trips back and forth to beach so we mostly used the front and walked around back to our car when needed. The front access is perfect, but you can’t park there. Using the front there are 42 Stairs every time you come and go. We loved that we got a great workout! We didn’t mind it except for dragging luggage in and out, but for a family with young children, I would not do it. It needs a refresh; we saw on line that the bottom studio unit had been redone so maybe the owner will plan on that soon. This unit has tons of potential but also needs some attention to detail in the way of cleanliness. Location is worth the issues (if you are physically able). Lastly, and not least of all, communication was stellar! “Mgmt” went above and beyond to help us when we needed it and we were very grateful.

Beautiful place!

We loved staying so close to everything and right in the center of Main Street. As long as you know going in that there is no elevator, it's worth it for the location! There are front and back stairs which I though were very convenient depending on where you were going, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The icemaker was fast and plentiful which was so nice! Plenty of room for a family of 4!

Weeklong family stay in Rosemary

Property location is very good, close to everything and steps from the beach and restaurants. However, the drawbacks are that the unit needs some refreshing and the top penthouse unit is 2 long flights of steps up (not ideal for seniors or young kids). Also it is pretty noisy at night and garbage pickup came at 6 am and there are no blackout blinds so if you have young kids like us, they are up at 5:45 am when the sun is up. It also would have been nice to have more basic supplies like garbage bags and paper towels given the rental price.
