With TWO gulf-front masters & an expansive, private balcony, you'll fall in love with the gorgeous views of the aquamarine water & majestic sunsets. This unit is steps away from the resort pool, whirlpool, & our famous white sandy beaches. It is centrally located & close to the best local dining options, shopping, & entertainment!

This 4 bedroom condo sleeps 12 and is perfect for families or friends traveling together. There are two king-sized, gulf-front master bedrooms that both feature a gulf-front view, balcony access, and full bathrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twin beds total). There are two additional full bathrooms. The main living area features a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, all with incredible views of the gulf!

You will have access to the whole unit as well as the complex amenities that include a community pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna and steam room, beach access, and covered parking.

The registering guest must be 25+ and present the entire length of the stay, there are no exceptions. We will verify age through photo ID, thank you for understanding!

**Parking** - There is one designated parking spot located on P2 across from the elevators. Go up the hill into the garage, turn right and it's on the left. It is marked 1203. Overflow parking is across the street, it is first come first serve. There is also a public lot across the street. It is $12 a day. We encourage you to travel with as few vehicles as possible.

Please note that we only provide starter packs (toilet paper, paper towel, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay.
