Unit was not cleaned well. Obvious fingerprints and dirt on the living room windows and sliding door. Floors dirty and dirt/dust on ceiling fans. Texted the cleaning service and they responded by sending people over the next morning to address our concerns which took time out of our vacation to attend to cleaning that was not done in advance of our stay. Mold in the master bath shower.Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking gear and appliances worked well and were clean. Bathrooms were generally clean and plenty of towels provided. Washer and dryer were relatively new and worked well. Master bedroom mattress was worn out and should be replaced.

Fabulous unit with amazing views!

This unit was beautiful! Decorated in a perfect beach theme that really helped towards all the good beachy vibes! Plenty of space, cabinets, & drawers to put all the things for your stay. The pools were amazing, along with the hot tubs. Staff were out cleaning the hallways, elevators, & lobby each morning & it always smelled fresh & clean. Host was responsive with any questions we had. No complaints about the unit itself, however just a heads up, if you plan to rent golf carts or anything to cruise Front Beach Rd, they are not allowed on the property. You must find somewhere else to park & walk back and forth. If/when we plan to visit again, we will absolutely be checking to see if this property is available!

4-1301 had absolutely beautiful views from the balcony and two of the bedrooms! The reason I did not give the condo a five star were minor issues! I would have preferred less furniture on the balcony and in the den area! Also, the lighting was too dim for my enjoyment! However, the cleaning lady did come and change the bulbs out which helped!

Great Condo Layout with Stunning Views

We really enjoyed this condo. My husband and I took four teenagers to the beach for Spring Break. The layout was absolutely perfect for our group. We felt very safe with the guard shack check in for parking and gates requiring codes to get to and from the beach. The elevators were never super busy and they are fast. That was refreshing considering we rented at a different complex/resort last summer where the elevators were so awful it made our vacation miserable. The beds were comfortable and the showers in two of the three bathrooms are huge. We found the kitchen well equipped to cook meals for the six of us. Having reserved beach chairs with an umbrella was a very nice perk. And the beach right behind the unit was not crowded at all. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and afternoons on the balcony enjoying the waves and watching the dolphins. I will definitely rent this place again when in PCB.

Great place to stay

We loved our 10 day stay. The neighborhood changes daily due to being a tourist town. There was a huge police presence in the area & the security staff was present on site day and night. The staff at the resort were constantly cleaning and updating things to keep them nice. The elevators were SPOTLESS 24/7 & in 10 days we only shared a ride with others 3 times. The beach was beautiful and watching the dolphins from the bedroom windows or the balconies every morning & evening was such a treat. You can not miss the gorgeous sunsets. That alone sells this location. The beach is very well mantained. Watching the trash guys was actually so cool. They have quite the system. Never seen anything like it. My daughter says there are videos of them on TikTok. PierPark was a nice area with shopping & restaurants and the Shell Island Ferry is a must. We traveled with our teens, but if you have littles, there was a highchair in the laundry room. Everything in the condo was there for us. Paper towels, beach towels, soaps, TP, many pots, pans, different cooking utensils, storage containers & a Wal-Mart right across the street for anything else you may need. We definitely recommend this unit and would probably come back in the future. The only somewhat negatives are that if u lose a reused wristban its 10 to replace. They are adult size and my daughters fell off in town someplace. Also the comforters are reused & not cleaned or replaced after each guest, but it didn't make or break anything

The location, communication and overall condition of the property was very good. My suggestions would be to upgrade the washer and dryer and make people aware of the huge lip on the balcony doors. Once you trip over it, you know itā€™s there and donā€™t do it again. But everyone did it once.

Beautiful condo!

Amazing location! Beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Owners thought of everything to accommodate guest. The balcony furniture was wonderful. The linens was fabulous! The only reason I didnā€™t rate 5 was the bed with the private balcony was very hard. A lot of people like hard mattressā€™ but my husband and I donā€™t and slept on the couch. Which was very comfy. But everything else was too good to be bummed by the bed. Definitely 10/10 recommended!

We had a great overall stay! Having multiple pool options was great for the people in our group who prefer the pool over the beach (the pool restaurant was also great, convenient, and reasonably priced). Lots of restaurants nearby. Probably the only downside was noise, but we expected that during a holiday week with a lot of people there. Would stay again!

Our condo was so beautiful and spacious. We all absolutely loved it. The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of evenings hanging out there. We loved the pools and the easy access to the beach. Will definitely come back again.

Great place

This was a great condo. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you would need. I was very happy with that since I love to cool. Plenty of large pots and pans. They were in good shape too. The furniture was comfortable. It was nice to have Roku on the tv so you could watch Netflix, Amazon or whatever you watch things on. The mattresses were comfortable. The only thing was all of the note cards telling you not to use pillow shams or get donā€™t get stains on the quilts. The signs were everywhere. We had plenty of towels. She also provided large bars of soap and soap in the bathrooms. The kitchen already had paper towels, dish soap, some dishwasher detergent. There was also grill utensils to use if you grilled. The only thing that was a disappointment was she had several beach chairs in the condo but they were all locked up. You have two chairs at the beach but we needed those chairs for some of us. We came with friends all in one car and didnā€™t have room for chairs. But that was the only disappointment. I will definitely rent this condo again.

Best Christmas on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay so much. This Condo had everything we were looking for. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The views were stunning and loved watching the dolphins in the morning off of the balcony. Heated pools were nice and warm and the hot tubs were very hot. We had most of the place to ourselves. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and she is a lovely person.

We absolutely loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again because the space accommodated our needs. The only complaints we had were 1. The room was a three bath and 2 of the 3 only had about a fourth of a roll of toilet paper. When I messaged the host about this she stated "Walmart was across the street". I didn't expect toilet paper to be provided for our 7 days, but I did expect each bathroom to have some. 2. I think I speak for everyone when I say this, as much as we pay for cleaning services I expect cleanliness. Lawd have Mercy and Bless it! is all I'm going to say.

Decent condo. Could use some TLC.

This condo was spacious enough for all of us to not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for cooking. There was plenty of room to store food and kitchen items brought in with us. Lots of counter space too. The extra storage in the hallway for beach items was an awesome addition. Parking is great. The best thing about this condo was the outdoor area to leave all of your beach items. Along with the good, did come the bad. The condo was not very clean at all. I have been coming to PCB for almost 15 years, and this condo was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Nothing seemed to of been wiped down except the kitchen counters. The floors were disgusting. If we didn't wear shoes, our feet would turn black. We always walk barefoot in the condos. The rugs in the living room we very dirty too. Basically, it wasn't as clean as I would expect. There was a lack of towels provided for each bathroom. The bed in the back master bedroom has a dip in it, and it is not great to sleep on. The bedrooms have doors with slats allowing those in the room to hear what's going on in the living area easily. Not great with sleeping toddlers. Resort -The walkway to the beach was steps. The big pool wasn't well lit in pm. The elevator had some hiccups. Fixing some of the bad would have made this perfect, however, it didn't stop us from the best time! If we knew it would be cleaner, we would consider staying again!

Worst condo in 18years

I want to start by saying I payed for an extra pass which was not given to me upon arrival and took several hours to get figured out with the host. Second the condo was filthy. Dirty dishes left from previous stay, hair and dust on everything, trash left under just about everything, no wash clothes, hand towels or bath mats in one bathroom, wad of hair covering the shower drain, pills left on the floor from previous stay, one shower didnā€™t drain properly almost over flowing after a 25 minute shower, one tv didnā€™t work and went two days without tv, one bed was broke and they decided putting a brick underneath to hold it up was a good idea, sand in between the sheets( which tells me they were not clean and pretty sure some of us broke out in rashes from it), dirty towels shoved in drawers from previous stay, called the second day twice and left a voicemail to let the owner know we couldnā€™t lock the door and couldnā€™t leave. Owner didnā€™t get back to me about the door till hours after our check out and we stayed Saturday to Saturday so from the second day we couldnā€™t all leave together. Owner did offer to have cleaning lady come back but last renters paid a cleaning fee and so did I so should have been done. By far the worst condo my family has stayed in for the last 18 years we have been coming to Long Beach Resort. I seen this condo listed for sale on several sites so not sure if the owner just doesnā€™t care to much because she is selling.
