LIVING AREA

The sofa pulls out to reveal a sleeper sofa with extra sleeping room for up to two adults.

Whether you're making pancakes before the beach or cooking up fresh Gulf catch for dinner, the fully equipped kitchen has you covered with stone countertops, an electric range, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, a dual drip and Keurig-style coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you'll need. Pull up one of the four wooden barstools at the breakfast bar for a quick bite, or gather the whole crew around the farmhouse dining table with chairs and bench seating for six.

PARKING

Treasure Island Resort provides parking for two vehicles with a resort parking fee of $36.75, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. Parking passes are provided at check-in; don't forget to place them on display in your vehicles after arrival.

FLAG WARNINGS & THINGS TO KNOW

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere at Treasure Island.
The top bunk is intended for children aged 14 years or younger and weighing less than 125 pounds.
The resort pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and all resort pool rules and posted hours apply.
The resort parking fee of $36.75 is collected directly by Treasure Island Resort upon arrival and is not included in your reservation total.
A supplemental rental agreement is required to be signed after booking.
We make every effort to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our properties. However, given the beach location, a small amount of sand and occasional dust on ceiling fans may be overlooked. If you notice any such issues, please inform us, and we will be glad to address them promptly.
There are no cameras on the property.
