With the main living area located on the bottom floor, all the common rooms are furnished to ensure that your group can comfortably spread out, view the wall-mounted HDTV w/WiFi to catch up on your favorite binge-worthy show or plan a movie night in. Decorated with a nautical flair, even when you're spending time inside you'll be surrounded by easy-breezy Floridian beach vibes.

Located upstairs, you'll find another small living area. It's a perfect space for sending the kids to watch some of their favorite shows on the additional SmartTV or occupy themselves with activities while the adults have a little “me time.”

Additionally, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and all the linens and towels you'll need during your stay.
Get ready to be inspired to create some culinary magic in the large, immaculate kitchen. You'll love all the counter space available for laying out dishes, with seating for up to 6 people at the oversized kitchen bar. Not to mention, this kitchen comes completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cutlery and dishes you need to serve up a feast.

Main Floor- Guest Bedroom #1: King-size bed with pool views and a full private bathroom.

Second Floor- Primary Suite: King size bed, with a spacious bathroom that boasts a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. You'll also have unobstructed views of the beach with a private entrance to your own fully furnished deck. It's the perfect spot for sitting with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise or a nightcap as the sun sets.

Guest Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, shares the full hallway bathroom.

Guest Bedroom #3: Full bunk over a full size bed with a full trundle bed(limit of 100 pounds), with pool views and shares the full hallway bathroom.

Bunk Alcove: Sure to be a favorite with the kids, this sweet little space has a twin over twin bunk bed (limit of 100 pounds).

Upstairs Living Room: A cozy room with a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen tv.

**Pool Info**

Pool heat is an additional $416 charge per stay. Please reach out to us prior to your booking to schedule the pool to be heated, it can take up to 10 hours to reach optimum temp.
