This beautiful ground floor villa is beautifully decorated and is a great location to kick back and relax. You'll love the spacious open floor plan great room and being on the ground floor, you just walk out to your patio! The great room has a queen sleeper sofa and two comfy recliners. The large wall mounted TV has Roku HD streaming included. And don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property. The view from the great room is amazing with floor to ceiling windows!
Step out onto your patio for morning coffee or evening drinks at sunset. There's plenty of seating on this private covered patio. Both the great room and the bedroom have sliding doors to access the patio.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
