This stunning 2nd floor villa is beautifully decorated and is truly stunning. The Fountain View Hideaway is just what you are looking for. Your open floor plan great room is where everyone will gather to make memories to last a lifetime! The comfy brown sofa sleeper and two matching chairs set the tone and there is also a wooden desk with a chair if your working while on "vacay". The Man-Sized TV is great for watching the big game or any of your favorite shows with Roku HD Streaming provided. Don't forget to bring your devices so you can surf to your heart's content with Lux Speed WiFi provided throughout the property.

Enjoy the views from your floor to ceiling windows and step out the sliding glass door onto your private covered balcony. Enjoy your coffee and croissant on the balcony while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room & main bedroom doors…there's ample seating for everyone!

Your Sails Up Second Bedroom Suite overlooks the parking lot and the tennis courts Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort has to offer. This bedroom features two queen sized beds with high thread count linens. There are two separate closets and a second covered patio for this bedroom suite. You'll enjoy the large TV with Roku in this bedroom, too. The Sails Up bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and also opens from the hallway for those sleeping on the sofa sleeper in the great room. Here you'll find a single vanity with beautiful cabinetry and granite counter tops and a walk-in shower with elegant glass doors.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
