"Sunset On The Gulf" in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhome located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands that gives you the chance to unwind in style while being surrounded by a multitude of amenities. Sitting right across the street from the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach with direct beach access this upgraded townhome gives you the chance to hit the beach and dive into local attractions, all while enjoying a quiet, 24-hour secured community. “Sunset On The Gulf” has all the comforts of home and easily sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom, a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

A 2-3 night minimum is required.

The great room is decorated in a nautical style. The open floor plan connects the great room, dining room, and kitchen area. Ample seating for everyone with a queen sized sofa sleeper, matching loveseat, and leather recliner. Enjoy kicking back and watching your favorite TV shows on the "man-sized" flat screen TV. The whole gang will gather here for making vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

Your nautical dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar! Take time out of your day to enjoy a game of chess or checkers with your friends/family at this great entertaining space! You'll love the coastal dinnerware, too.

The large kitchen has an eat-in breakfast bar with 2 barstools for more seating. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a fancy meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bakeware you'll need. We have both drip and Keurig coffee makers for the barista in the group!

The main patio is located just off the kitchen/dining room and offers plenty of space to gather round. The large outdoor closet houses a full size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs. We also provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The Beach Dreams main bedroom is your own private oasis with a luxurious king-sized bed with silky soft sheets. A wall mounted flat screen TV is provided so you can stay snuggled in bed watching your favorite movies. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. This upstairs bedroom is so comfy, you'll never want to leave.

The main bathroom offers a shower and vanity area with ample storage space. Here you'll find fluffy white towels, make up towels and a hair dryer, too! Conveniently located between the guest bedroom and main bedroom upstairs.

The powder room is located downstairs right off the kitchen. So convenient when you don't want to run upstairs. Also very handy when you are getting ready to go out.

The Blue Ocean guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed with luxurious linens. A wall mounted flat screen TV and large closet are also provided! So comfy for a second couple or for the kiddos.
