Located just outside of 30A, this incredible home in Inlet Beach, is just a few mins from the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, with pavered driveway. The main living area has an open concept with dining area seats 8 and living room. The kitchen features shaker style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and tiled backsplash and granite-topped island. Downstairs you will also find a half-bath for guest. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The master features large windows with plenty of natural lighting, an office desk and a full length mirror. The master bathroom features tiled floors, a double vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. Outside features a nice deck with outdoor dining table and comfortable seating for 6, grilling area, outdoor shower. All outdoor area was newly fenced in, providing privacy to our guests. Just mins from 30A!

The property is an easy 8 minute walk or less than .4 miles to the crystal blue waters of Inlet beach. There is public parking available. Our property has 4 free bikes available for a short 1 mile bike ride to Rosemary beach and scenic 30A.

Guests access:

Conveniently located amongst famous 30A Avenue shops! 4 free bikes! A laundry room on site is available for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and dishes. The patio outside has furniture and a grill. We also provide beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a wagon.

To provide our guests with peace of mind for security measures there is 1 ring camera located outside the front door and 1 overlooking the back entrance gate with motion detection monitoring 24/7.
