This unit has been completely renovated and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. You'll enjoy Luxurious Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the condo, no carpet. The kitchen is completely updated and fully stocked. It also comes with a water purification system. There is a full size waster and dryer in a closet in the kitchen for your use. The main balcony is spacious and has seating for 4, overlooking the lagoon.

The master bedroom has a top of the line king bed that is sure to help you get a great night's rest. The master bathroom is upgraded with a custom tile shower. There is a dual vanity in the bathroom with butcher block counter tops.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a custom built full/full bunk bed. There are two closets with storage for suitcases in each. The attached bathroom has a butch block counter top and upgraded shower. There is also a small balcony attached to the front bedroom.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for your group with a huge flat screen TV mounted on the wall. There is dining seating for 4, coupled with bar seating for 4.

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basket ball.
