-Parking is a separate $50 for one pass and guests must register online and pay before arrival. There is an option to purchase additional passes for a fee. Register and pay at the Edgewater Registration website prior to arrival at the guard gate.
-RVs and trailers are not permitted during the high season. However, they are welcome during the low season, which spans from September 15th to May 15th.
-Please note that some amenities including but not limited to golf and fitness center are a separate charge to the community. The charge for the fitness center is $15/day or $50/week for a couple. Resort/HOA fees are subject to change.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-This property does not allow pets of any kind.
