The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player & sofa has a pull out Queen size sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with the bar area that seats two and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has two double beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, carpet in the living room and bedrooms and wood/laminate throughout the rest of the condo. The balcony has four chairs, one lounger, and one larger table. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
