Was not told of building being renovated.

We were woke up every morning at 8 am with a jackhammer and grinder. Locked off balcony because of the work. Paid for balcony view and didn’t get to enjoy it. Wasn’t told of renovation being done before booking. Should have been told and received discounts if decided to stay. Condo was clean and nice inside.

We had a great stay! We normally go to Orange Beach, but were unable to this year because of time and distance. Everything was great! The only short fall was, there was only one kitchen trash bag.

Great location & view…

Location & view was great! However, we were disappointed with the amenities. There weren’t any paper towels, liquid dish soap, kitchen washcloths, or extra trash bags. Those little things are typically supplied when I visit other condos. There were only 3 hangers in the master bedroom. Had to put most clothes in dresser, and a few of the drawers fall out when you open them. Furniture is outdated and the kitchen cookware is on its last life. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked, but also wasn’t nasty. There’s only 2 elevators for this building. So expect to wait a few minutes during peak times. Pool was nice, and the pizza sold in the shop at the bottom of the condo was pretty good. Parking gets very limited after about 8 or 9 every night.

Needs to change it's check in/out times on vrbo

My friends and my husband stayed there for 6 days in the beginning of June. Most of the apartment was clean with the exception of the master's room. The master's room had body fluids all over the bed linen; however the staff were very quick about bringing new linen to the room. The check in part was the quickest and most convenient. The property is in a good location. Our stay was fine until the day of check out. Vrbo had the check out time set as 11 am but according to the property manager it turned to actually be at 10 am. Before we checked out, another guests were given the access to the room that we were still there getting our stuff out. The problems that we had were that it was just 10 am, the room had not been vacant yet and house keeping had not even arrived to inspect and clean the apartment. That moment got very wierd and uncomfortable. Before we checked in we were told that NOBODY was allowed to ckeck in until 4 pm, but the guest that came to our room were given access to check in at 10 am. I felt that this was a very unfair and unsafe decision from this property. Before we checked out and let those other guest install themselves inside the apartment, We had to have the property manager come to the room to sort things out and to inspect the room. We did not wanted to be responsible if something went missing or was damaged and we felt that it was unsafe for total strange6r to come to the apartment without notice. This property needs to have a better communication and be CONSISTENT with all of their guests.

Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything that we needed and the view and beach are amazing. The area feels safe and it is located not too far away from places like Pier Park in case you need somewhere to go on a rainy day. We hope to stay here again in the future!
