E1405 is a two-bedroom Extra floor plan that accommodates up to eight guests with its spacious 1050sq. feet fully furnished floor plan.

The dining area includes a table that will seat eight guests, along with a bar that will seat two. The kitchen is renovated with new cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, chair, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with renovated vanity and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a renovated vanity and a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer and tile throughout the condo. The balcony has four chairs, a larger table and a lounge chair. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
