E1201 is a fully furnished three bedroom extra that will accommodate up to ten guests with a spacious 1975sq. feet floor plan.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, Sofa & Love seat and two recliners, it has sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat six, along with a bar that will seat two and sliding glass doors that lead to balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances and a glass top stove.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, two sitting chairs, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a fully renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, a chair, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The third bedroom has two full size beds as well, a flat screen TV/cable, a sitting chair, and sliding glass doors to its own small private balcony with two chairs and a small table. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, all the bedrooms have carpet and tile throughout the rest of the condo. The balcony has four chairs, one lounger, a small table and a large table. View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
